Woodspring Suites Columbia - Irmo

Check-in was horrible as you had to use a virtual staff member on a kiosk. This took forever! The room itself was clean. Absolutely zero extras in the room. No hairdryer, no iron, one itty-bitty bar of soap, no hand towels, two itty-bitty pillows on the bed. The bed itself was relatively comfortable other than lack of pillows. No hotel staff available to provide anything additional for the room.

Everything was excellent. The staff was good. Everything was clean however I wish they had more mentalities like breakfast and free coffee and an ice machine things like that.

While the room was very clean, the bed was not very comfortable and the ac unit was extremely loud. The towels, pillows and toiletries were cheap and lacking. The worst part was the loud music being played all night in a nearby room. There was no one at the front desk to call, and it really made for a poor night’s sleep.

Otherwise it was very nice , clean and the staff we met we're wonderful people no complaints other than the beds , I told them about it and they acted like it was no big deal at all

Second room, she assigned me the toilet was full of dump. And she personally went and checked the third room and that one was OK. The beds are horrible, uncomfortable, squeaking spring beds.

First and last time at this hotel. Staff was beating on the door at 10:30 at night to verify book rooms? No extra towels, no extra pillows no ice machine. Staff was rude. Night front desk attendant was extremely rude and quite entitled. First floor, stank of marijuanaIf it’s the only facility around, I would rather sleep in my car. Stay away from this property.

The hotel itself was in a good neighborhood and property well maintained. If you arrive after hours, you'll have to check in at the kiosk. The issues I had were the elevator was broken so you have to take the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Good luck if you're handicapped and have a room on any other floor except the 1st floor. The bathroom had leftover hair in the shower and on the floor. And last, bugs. Ants, silverfish, and roaches. I choose this hotel because it had great reviews and I didn't want to be in a trashy hotel for my child's graduation from Basic training.

The manager made me and my family leave. Even after I showed her that I paid

Very clean and staff is friendly if they are there. Small kitchen available Not always a staff to welcome you /automated screen.

One of the 2 rooms we had didn’t have bed sheets ,pillows or a shower curtain. That moved them to another room and it had a single bed when it was supposed to be to be a double

The only thing i wasn’t happy with is the site didn’t have a pool. other than that id definitely stay again. i loved the full refrigerator and the stove top.

Check in was disastrous. My wife and I traveled separately and arrived at different times. My wife arrived first and was told they did not have rooms available that we had reserved. She said we would book elsewhere Andreas told that we wouldn’t get a refund since it was booked through Expedia. When I arrived and saw the room they gave us, I went and complained. I was told they didn’t have any double queen rooms available. I asked how I was able to reserve one and showed her my confirmation. She said they had some but they weren’t clean - to which I replied that they better get someone to clean it. She called her manager and lo and behold they had a room for us. They totally lied and seemed to take advantage of the fact we couldn’t get a refund from Expedia. Expedia should not offer rooms from this hotel. I will never book here again (this was third time I used them) and will tell those I had told to use it to not use it. Also, no hair dryers in any room. When I asked about it they said they do not supply them. Terrible hotel.
