Woodspring Suites Columbia - Irmo

One of the 2 rooms we had didn’t have bed sheets ,pillows or a shower curtain. That moved them to another room and it had a single bed when it was supposed to be to be a double

The only thing i wasn’t happy with is the site didn’t have a pool. other than that id definitely stay again. i loved the full refrigerator and the stove top.

Check in was disastrous. My wife and I traveled separately and arrived at different times. My wife arrived first and was told they did not have rooms available that we had reserved. She said we would book elsewhere Andreas told that we wouldn’t get a refund since it was booked through Expedia. When I arrived and saw the room they gave us, I went and complained. I was told they didn’t have any double queen rooms available. I asked how I was able to reserve one and showed her my confirmation. She said they had some but they weren’t clean - to which I replied that they better get someone to clean it. She called her manager and lo and behold they had a room for us. They totally lied and seemed to take advantage of the fact we couldn’t get a refund from Expedia. Expedia should not offer rooms from this hotel. I will never book here again (this was third time I used them) and will tell those I had told to use it to not use it. Also, no hair dryers in any room. When I asked about it they said they do not supply them. Terrible hotel.

Clean too

I’d stay here again, the only problem I didn’t like was the thin walls. You’re trying to sleep and can hear everything in the morning and at night. Other than that it was ok.

No shower curtain

Liked the convenience and location Stock kitchen area with cook wear and dishes. One bed to close to the wall and hvac unit only about 6 inches to get between the bed and hvac unit

Very clean nice basic place to spend the night or a week most rooms have a nice kitchenette that is absolutely NOT stocked with anything. They will sell you pots and pans and other items. I would stay again

Paid and got room keys earlier in the day. Later that night I was locked out and was told I had to pay a deposit to get in. This happened multiple times when I renewed the room

The Employees are Awesome.

No bottled water in the rooms. No coffee pots anywhere. The vending machine would not take a debit card due to being offline. Key would not work on the exercise room.

Not a welcoming hotel. It was just ok

Location No ice machine. Hearing dogs barking in the hallways. The fire alarm was constantly going off. Smelling Marijuana through out the hallways. The hotel room had a weird smell. The room was clean but didn't smell clean. Hearing people fighting and arguing at 3am.

Room was clean No coffee. No toiletries. No hair dryer. No Kleenex. Just one towel and washrag each.

to make coffee the room didn't have any supplies.

Rooms should have a clean smell room temp should be set with out having moisture on the floor

Very spacious, clean and comfortable You have to purchase pots and pans if you wanted to cook.
