New looking hotel. Sadly lacking in amenities. No ice maker, no coffee maker or coffee in the building. One pillow. One bath towel. No staff after 9pm.

It is definitely an extended stay place. We heard every footstep of the room above us, through my headphones and music. Not the hotels fault, really, that folks were loud but I'd ask for a room higher up or one with no one above me if I stayed here again.

Started off badly! Was greeted in the entryway by a lady on the kiosk. It was like a sauna in that little entry! She took 20 min to check me in, on a reservation that was had already been paid. Then I still had to wait at "front desk " for key! Very inefficient, hot and annoying! Hotel had NO ice machine. Gave me an ice tray! What the hell good was that gonna do me at 10pm at night!?? Bed was very uncomfortable. Noisy. Was awakened violently by a fire alarm this morning. Went off 3 different times! Why?? Who knows?? No explanation! Only positive about hotel was room was nice and cool, and had plenty of hot water!

Horrible check in if you’re checking in after the front desk closes. The employees that you have to talk to on the kiosk are horrible. The Bed had urine stains and pubic hair on it. Please pull the fitted sheet back before sitting on the beds. Hair was in the sink and bath tubs. Had to switch rooms twice and neither room was acceptable, due to the lack of upkeep. I left the hotel the same night one hour after I checked in. I will not be revisiting this hotel.

The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Room could use a deep cleaning.

There is no noise barrier you hear everything I mean everything. Doors slamming middle of the night walls banging from beds and or headboards. People yelling at each other. Floors were sticky and dirty in the room. I liked that they took dogs. Carts were broken couldn’t use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It had an exercise room.

You just get the room. Everything else you must purchase. Pots pans dishes silverware. And there was a bug issue.

First, at 9:30pm when we checked in, there was no one working. I was not aware that this facility was unstaffed. I checked in using their kiosk that is connected to someone off-grounds. I did not love this, but we had already paid, and my family was ready to stop for the night. After getting the key, we went to our room, which was very plain and simple, which was fine. My daughter went to shower, and she saw a live orangish color bug above the shower, and there were ants on the floor. I immediately checked between the mattresses and the wall for bed bugs, but I didn’t see any clear signs. Then, I sat on the bed for a few minutes, and when I got up, I had a bug crawling on my shoulder. It was a bed bug! We immediately packed up. I went to the front desk, but it was closed down, and no staff was around. There was a line of people at the kiosk, and I was not sticking around as it was now after 10:30, and I needed to find a new hotel to stay in. I called the phone number for this hotel as we were leaving and explained the situation. The representative asked me why I didn’t come see her at the front desk! There was no one to see there! Then, she asked why I didn’t come to the kiosk. There was a line, and I didn’t really think they would want me standing there fuming and spreading the word about the bugs in our room. She said I would have to call in the morning for a refund. I have tried calling, and now, no one answers. Beware!

Don't hesitate to stay here. I live 2 miles from the hotel and I stayed at this hotel when I got out of the hospital the girls at the desk are great and the hotel is awesome. To me it is a 5 star hotel. Great price to.

The check in made me uncomfortable. There is no one at the front desk and you talk to a kiosk with an administrator located somewhere else in the world. The credit card machine was broken so I had to hold up my credit card for them to manually add in to the computer. I told the kiosk administrator that if there was a night manager on property I would be happy to pay with cash. He responded saying they are cashless. The moment I got my room key and was able to get into the lobby and there was an employee behind the front desk. That entire experience felt super shady and I called my credit card company and ordered a new card and number just to be safe. Again, great stopping point for my roadtrip, it was clean, well lit, and safe, but just be aware of the check-in process.

The location and price. The staff initially charged me too much, then supposedly not enough-it just handled properly!

Great location. Close to the mall, restaurants, interstate. Safe location with security on site. Rooms come with microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Would recommend for long stays.

No hairdryer No ice machine Thin walls, floor above had noisey guests, sliding furniture around Bed comfy. Clean room, good AC Pet friendly

The check in process was awful. We had to wait in a small lobby area that had no AC and we had to wait for someone to come up and get us checked in. It took way too long and the person working didn't seem to know what they were doing. Just the uncomfortable hot wait in the lobby will keep us from coming back and recommending this to anyone

Only 2 people allowed on WiFi. Nobody at office after 11 pm. Really really clean. Worth the money.

Very convenient and very clean. I slept very well here. The location was excellent. No coffee pot in the room. The TV turned on but I could never get the stations on. If you want to get coffee from the office you have to wait till 9:00.
