Our latch on the door was broken so we felt unsafe.

We had to say no upon arrival. Room interiors may be okay but it was a disturbing lobby and there was no breakfast. They don't even serve breakfast. Just coffee service.

Was really good stay just wish pool been working

The not so great: (1) AC was off when we arrived so the room was uncomfortable at first, (2) may need pest services, we saw 2 small spiders in the room, and third, no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. Thankfully we didn't have super heavy luggage.

This hotel is OLD - our first room smelled like mold/mildew with a towel under air conditioning. They moved us to another room that was clean but smelled like smoke once someone showered. Something is wrong with ceiling (cracked, leaking) because paint was bubbling along wall and ceiling; floor on 2nd floor sloping in spots. When door closed light came in completely around it/no weatherstripping. Linens and room clean. Staff friendly. Only stayed one night - early morning flight. It needs a major overhaul. The hotel provides excellent accommodations with clean rooms and professional staff.

Very quiet Great location

The Black house keeper was very nice( sounds like she’s from Jamaica) We found a big blood stain on the comforter and sheets. They changed our sheets anWe needed extend our stay, check out day I bent down to grab a shoes box and discovered splattered blood on the side of of the (recliner style) chair. Instead of being symptomatic, the morning and mid shift desk person acted nonchalant, fake shocked, and very un-accommodating. They didn’t care, BUT started to get very defensive stating that they would never allow that. Also on Saturday we drove to GA , came back and housekeeping had made the bed, gave fresh towels and cleaned up. When I mentioned the blood the girl stated that the housekeeper would never enter a room without permission. Mind you I said nothing about the room being cleaned or anything. So now I’m wondering why you would say that when I never mentioned it. When I told her well we went to GA Sat morning came back Sat night and the room was cleaned ( she had the shocked face) then the other girl says well the blood on the chair looks like juice (I’m like really) you clearly see that it’s not juice. They called the manager the manager was at church and told the front desk girl to handle the situation. That girl gave me 10% off(now I have the shocked face) smh I will NEVER go back. Plus when we checked into the room Fri night we had to run roaches(German roaches) out with Lysol. Luckily the ran towards the door and went back out thru the cracks of the door. I sprayed a Lysol barrier around the door to keep them out . Ugh . I don’t want to sound racist because I’m not I love all people. I have noticed over the years, that Arabs don’t care about nothing but money they could less about making a problem better.

You don't get what you don't pay for. This is a budget stay property in its truest sense. Don't expect a breakfast, gym, or other creature comforts. But, it's cheap. It was fine for our 2 night quick stay. Nice staff, room was clean and usable. Come with proper expectations and you won't be disappointed.

The smell of weed outside wasn't pleasant but thats not necessarily a hotel issue that late at night. The stairs and walkways could use a good cleaning.

There isn’t free breakfast

Rude customer service. I told the receptionist that I'm trying to check in. No greeting, no welcome. Just we charge a deposit of $100.-- She repeated that I need to pay a deposit. Smelly room, torn sofa, cigarette burn on sheet.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Libby was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful.

The building appears to have some problems. It sags near one of the stairways. Outside is in bad shape but inside the rooms is ok.

The walls were pretty thin. I heard all kinds of noise from the people beside and above me, as well as outside my door. The room was clean but the facility appeared old.
