the room was very nice & clean , also the the staff was very helpful and friendly.

At this particular hotel, there is a shade on the window with a sign that says "a remote on the all opposite wall controls this shade" - unfortunately, the remote doesn't work. And, the shower curtain is turn in multiple spots. Perhaps low lighting is to hide flaws. This is room 207. I shared these issues with the front desk upon checkout. I was told she would make note of my comments. I was wondering why not make note as I say them - vs - memorizing my words to write down after I leave the property.
