Quality Inn Airport - Southeast

This experience was the worst experience I ever had at quality Inn. They had roaches crawling in the room. And the trim of the wall was falling down and it was a musty smell in the room.

This was followed up by walking into the bathroom, to have 2 dead cockroaches on the floor. Not being a fan, I walk back out to the room and see a live cockroach crawl from under the bed scurrying to get under the HVAC unit. I stripped the bed and went to sleep, as I was planning on being there for less than 8 hours. I went to get my breakfast the next morning, and they had almost nothing available. There was bread and bagels, with the only spread being cream cheese (no peanut butter, jelly, etc.). For the cereal, one was empty and other was full - they had Milk out (which I couldn't have), but it was sitting out in an area where the AC was out on a 90-degree morning already. That didn't feel safe. I usually go straight to the oatmeal - they said they have it daily - no oatmeal out, no packet out, nothing. So, they had bread and bagels with cream cheese, raisin bran with warm milk or a waffle...that was it. I cannot speak to anything else as it was a quick stop in and out (11pm until 7:30am the next day). Staff at the front counter were nice for the 2 times I saw them. Outside of the building looked good/clean, but the interior let you know what it was really like.

Property don’t take different party’s card if they not on the reservation didn’t stay at the site and they did not refund the money staffed came out with his neck pill on was not helpful didn’t inform us that the security deposit could be cash. He just acted as he didn’t give a damn if we stayed or not.

Room was clean. Remote didn’t work to the tv, but I was only there for a couple hours so it wasn’t a biggie to me. May matters to others though. Quiet area as well

People sitting outside drinking… I didn’t like that at all!

Ken tha manager horrible horrible unprofessional refuses to allow me to stay in a room I paid for last night also refuses a refund. Very ugly human behavior…

The location and the view. This has been my worst stay at a Quality Inn. I am not expecting 5 stars, but we stayed 3 nights and had to move 3 times. In the 1st room, the A/C was not working, so we moved to a different room. The bathroom was filthy, there was mold on the bathtub and the floor was very dirty. Then on the last night there we got back to the room, and the ceiling was dripping water, my clothes and bags were all wet. So we had to change to a different room for our last night. Well, the bathtub is dirty, the pillowcase has mold, the refrigerator doesn't work properly, and the ice bucket is moldy. Let just say that my experience at the motel is horrible. I am going to fight for a full refund.

Friendly amazing staff, and great location I would definitely book with this hotel again. Close to the interstate easy to find. There was nothing we didn't like

The location and the staff was nice. The shower head in the bathroom needs replacing. The remote needs new batteries. The USB outlets by the bed need replacing. The mini fridge didn't get cool either. The ice maker on the 2nd floor didn't work.

The place was neglected. The soap holder had screws sticking out of the wall. The shower mat was ripped in half. The furniture was worn out. The breakfast was a joke. It was suppose to be a full breakfast. It looked so lackluster I did not bother to eat. The place is a s—t hole. I would not stay there for free.

Someone kept keeping the back door open, but night management took care of it quickly.

The place reeks of fabuloso in the front of the property needs to be mowed. The pool area was very sad with dilapidated chairs and a pool cover. It was 98° outside and they had the air conditioning cut off in the room. It took hours to get the temperature comfortable. I would not stay here again and the breakfast sucked.

I came in late at night and left early the next morning. I came in late. The front attendant and I were tired, so we just took care of my booking. No issues!

It was convenient to the airport. Reasonable rate, and room very clean. The night employee was extremely rude with check in and had no people skills. I told him that.

It’s very bad customer service and there is a lot of noises I don’t know where they come from I don’t feel safe and it’s not comfortable and the room isn’t comfortable and clean To be honest with you, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
