Courtyard Irvine Spectrum

Friendly staff with walking distance to the Spectrum it’s a great location. They need to put spare toilet paper in the bathrooms because I ran out. Luckily I brought my own.

I had reservations at the Courtyard Irvine spectrum for one night. Unfortunately, I was not able to check in because both of my children fell ill with Covid. After calling Expedia and the hotel, and speaking to the manager Carlos, he informed me that having children with Covid is not an acceptable excuse for a refund and he was unwilling to make an exception and refund my one night stay. I don’t know anyone who would want to travel with sick children, and I don’t know of any hotel managers who would think that that is not an acceptable reason to not travel and would want me to show up with sick children and infect all the other hotel guests. Apparently, Marriott has hired unsympathetic humans to run their branches and I find that to be very disappointing.

It was great place to stay at and very convenient! Also has a shuttle and my wife thinks the burger and fries were amazing! They do have amazing fries didn’t get to try the burger but will next time!!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here overall. I had paid for breakfast to be included, but later found out at arrival that the breakfast is not included so I was disappointed about that as that was additional funds that were wasted. I was also disappointed at finding out there was no safe in our room as well, as this is typically a feature included at other hotels. Parking was fine but sometimes it was a challenge to find parking, and it was tedious having to scan the card at entry and exit. The location is great though as it is only 5 mins away from the Irvine Spectrum where my partner and I enjoy spending time. The room was clean, the bathroom was very lovely. The staff are also very kind and helpful. This hotel is also only 20 mins away from Disneyland which is nice. I would stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to the Spectrum. Comfortable room, looked new and well maintained.

It was a fine hotel. Clean and well maintained with plenty of things for kids to do.

Room was clean and overall was a good stay. It’s amazing how pricey things are but looking for a lower price hotel turns into a much different experience so would do it again.

Upton arrival, the parking was easy and safe. Check in was easy and fast. Staff were extremely friendly and informative about the facility and amenities. Even threw in some treats for my birthday. The atmosphere and environment was quiet and welcoming. Not only would i return, i would refer to friends and family.

The staff are very friendly. Check in and check out was super fast and easy. The room was big, clean, and comfortable.!10 out of 10!! My new favorite place to stay in Irvine. The beds are also comfortable. Nothing it was perfect

Location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, amenities. There was no luggage rack, and microwave would have been nice.
