The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I appreciated the economic value but that came with sacrifices. The lobby was fresh and smelled good. However when I walked down the hall to my room on the second floor there was an odor and the hallway was muggy and warm. When we got to our room there was a very strong smell like burnt butter. Since they barely had the room ready, I didn’t ask for a new room. I should have given them a chance to fix it but given the condition of the hall I didn’t know another room would be better or available. I ended up going to get Lysol and air freshener to help but it didn’t. I would have also asked housekeeping but the cleaning supplies on the carts didn’t appear to be of quality. Lastly, when I used the bathroom faucet, I looked under and there was a lot of scum. I cleaned it myself with hot water and Clorox wipes to clear the water path. I understand the affordability and I have stayed at Sonestas before and this was not on par either other properties. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night prior to check out time.

Really good experience! Front staff was really friendly, she even let us use a charger plug because we only had our USB plug-ins for our phones. Plenty of parking, clean and love they have a gym available. Would definitely recommend the stay and would come back.

This place scam people with booking flexibly then charge you for cancellation. Property carpet is nasty dirty and the room has a smell. Expedia was helpless in supporting us with the stay issues.

The room was clean and well stocked. Fleck in time at 4 o’clock is ridiculously late even at that time it took an additional nearly 40 minutes to get checked in because rooms were either not ready or the check-in process took forever. It was almost 5 PM by the time I got to my room.

Quiet but had to drive a distance to get to a store or bank. A little isolated.

At first glance, the room appeared OK, but that was prior to the terrible odor setting in. When we asked to be moved, they told us that was a pet masking odor and that a long-term guest stayed in the room with a pet. The room that we moved to was just as bad. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there were substances that appeared to be urine and/or blood on it and we left the property within 15 minutes. The hotel was unwilling to work with us at all and did not issue us any type of refund. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Your basic motel 8, clean, no frills, don't bother the host, for helpyou. you're bothering him. To ask for extra bedding etc. It's like pulling teeth,ps no pillow cases for your extra pillow. The air-conditioned filter has a strong perfume smell. It hits you as soon as you walk in. Nooo breakfast!!

The only downside was that our room (203) had an old, musty smell that made it feel less fresh. Another issue was the scratched non-stick frying pan in the kitchen. Once the non-stick coating is damaged, it can release unwanted substances when heated, so it would be better to replace it. Other than these issues, we had a pleasant stay and felt that the hotel provides great amenities and service for the price.

Place was absolutely beautiful. Loved that they kitchen came with all the basics needed to make a quick meal.
