very angry that she had to do this. No extra bedding or pillows for pull out bed, lights flickered on and off. I asked for some kind of discount for our 3 night stay, and of course the manager "wasn't there that day". I asked when the manager might be back, and the guy said "he will just tell you no".

Great stay, friendly staff

This property looks like it’s going to fall off; the room was ugly and dirty, the AC never worked, the carpet smell was terrible. On top of that, when I went to have breakfast, the water had MOLD in it, and the only food available was boiled eggs and bread, obviously I didn’t eat anything due to the mold in the water, I ended up shortening my stay and going somewhere else

The property was clean and overall did not smell too musty. However this is a 2 star hotel, the room was concrete and the carpets were stained. The elevator was out of service and the keys only worked one time. The front desk was mildly helpful, but did not have extra blankets. I would say you pay for what you get.

We stayed at La

Does not Even appear or give the usual nice service and look of La Quinta. We stay at LA Quintas all the time this is a disappointment. Breakfast was waffles, hard-boiled eggs toast, cold cereal, Will not recommend or return

I wasn’t on the train side which I asked for, the room was outdated a couple stains on the floor and in the bathroom. Bathroom could have had better lighting and the internet wasn’t the best. The Bed was comfortable, the toilet flushed and the shower worked. We were there for a tournament at great park and the convienience of being so close is what sold me. Pool was clean but jacuzzi was not. Breakfast coulda had better options like eggs (other than hard boiled) bacon or sausage. Wasn’t a horrible stay but was close and inexpensive

Our room was clean. breakfast was good. Noise was an issue as the concrete building is next to train tracks. Also our window was cloudy so you couldn't see thru it. It was also broken so it didn't close all the way. The jacuzzi was also broken, so we couldn't use it.

Was an ok place to stay

Super gross. The tub was dirty and the room smelled like pee. Walked into my room and left within 3 minutes. Front desk refunded me and was very nice about it. The Hilton was $20 more and exponentially nicer.

Nothing Room looks like a jail cell shower tub spout selector broke dead mouse in pool and jacuzzi is filthy

I initially went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool and jacuzzi. They told me there were towels in a black cart at the pool area. I went to check out the jacuzzi only to find a filthy and cold setting. The jacuzzi was down for maintenance. I was told only after I called from my room. I only found out when I went to inspect the grounds and checked for the jacuzzi timer that the jacuzzi was not heating up which is why I called. I found out after I had asked for extra towels because I wanted to go to the jacuzzi and pool. I really needed to rest and relax. I had some dirty clothes that needed washing and there was only one washer and dryer on the second floor that was working. I needed some time for myself to get away but I should have just stayed home. It would have been less of a hassle. It was not worth the money spent. I can’t tell you the amount of times I had to go back downstairs to the front desk because the keycard kept deactivating. because it was too close to my phone. The room attendants were kind.

Shower was broken and could only be held by hand. Asked front desk to repair and remained broken throughout stay with no maintenance personnel seen. TV would only broadcast a few channels and remote was broken. There was a Picture drawn on the bathroom mirror of male genitalia. Microwave was broken. It was such a terrible experience.

The staff were helpful. The property was not the best. The pool and jacuzzi were not clean. There was rust in the room and bathroom , corrosion in the bathtub, door handle and doors were chipped missing paint, the door to the room did not have a proper seal and the light from the hallway was coming into the room. There was patch work all over the room. The AC in our room was nice and cold. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent self made waffles, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, bread for toast, muffins, fruit cups, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice and coffee.

Was shocked to find that the hotel is a grain silo. It was not some where that I would pick to stay again. Dead lizards in the pool. Breakfast was not worth it. Room smelled really strong of carpet cleaner or something when we arrived. People hanging out in the parking lot that were questionable. Just not a great stay overall.
