The bedding was stained and did not appear clean, the floor was dirty, and the pull-out bed was not usable. The regular bed was also extremely soft and uncomfortable. We stayed in the room for only about 30 minutes before deciding we could not spend the night there and left. Unfortunately, based on the condition and odor of the room, we would not stay at this property again.

Old furniture such as refrigerator, stove and tub.

There is no early check in, therefore a line to check in. There is no ice machine. Our sofa bed had no mattress, and we were counting on that bed. Breakfast is just a grab and go with not a lot of selections. One good thing was there was a laundry room. One of the staff members was nice but not very helpful. Other good thing was it’s proximity to the soccer field. We will NOT book here again.

The staff was great. The parking was plentiful. The room was small and rundown but seemed clean. If this place were in any other area I would have been a little nervous because of the condition. But since we live locally (we had to vacate our house for 5 days for plumbing work) we knew that the Irvine Spectrum area was safe. Mostly business people coming into town for work since the Spectrum area is all tech/business area.

The towels were not cleaned

Not an customer experience. Outside of my ground floor room, people next door kept coming and going, lots of smokers sitting outside ,smoking and talking

The room wasn’t clean- not vacuumed and surfaces weren’t wiped down. Found a few pieces of clothing that weren’t mine. I didn’t feel safe and slept with my clothes on with towel between myself and the sheets. There are stickers in the room about the 10 points of the cleaning process.

Overall cute hotel since mostly just out and just got there to sleep. Checking in was a little pain in the butt, took almost 2 hours after check in time to get into the room. STAFF was clearly OVER the line of people waiting to check in. They were still trying to be nice. The room cute, carpet could use a bit deep cleaned so keep shoes on, bath towels could be a little cleaner, “breakfast included” should be “plastic pack/store bought muffins and packed hot chocolate” which is fine but we were ready for “breakfast included” to be basics like eggs, waffles, sausage links, etc. over all 3.5 still cute :))

The rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. The cleanliness of the room can improve as well. The room had an unpleasant smell.

not recommended for everyone to live here.has bad

The rooms were old and not well maintained and expensive

The cleanliness was unacceptable. The beds, including the pillowcases, appeared dirty, the bathroom sink would not drain properly, and the floors looked as though they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. To make matters worse, I respectfully requested a refund from the manager due to these issues. She refused to speak with me or address my concerns, which I found highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on the way I was treated, I was left feeling that I may have been treated differently because of my race, and that experience made the situation even more upsetting. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I cannot recommend staying here until these issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service are addressed.

Bad room. No clean room!

Upon arrival others were complaining of unclean rooms and soiled towels. After entering the room I noticed blood on a pillowcase. I pulled back the sheets and found more blood/fluids, hair, dirt, and fingernail clippings. The fridge was leaking on the floor and there was black mold in the tub. I went to the front desk and told them I want a refund and they told me to call Expedia. Expedia asked us to stay in the room for 30 minutes so that we could do a walk through with the staff to approve our refund. After 30 minutes I went down and one of the gentleman from the front desk was surprised to see me and tried to avoid me. My husband said the other staff had also come up to see if we had left yet instead of helping us. As we were leaving I noticed the security latch metal wash cracked. So cheap metal on their safety latch and someone had obviously broken in before and they didn't replace it. Definitely not a safe or clean place to stay!! Still waiting to see if they "approve" the refund for the room as it was non refundable. If they do not approve I will be talking to a manager at Expedia to show them the videos and pictures I took. SO GROSS
