Don’t know they had me drive theee then wait an hour to be told no one was gonna open the door It’s a 24 hour hotel and no one came to give me a key. Waited over an hour while talking to booking a.com as well as the hotel main number and was unsuccessful in obtaining the room I paid for

When I questioned about the A/C, the staff was immediate in checking into it and trying to remedy the issue. Front desk personnel were friendly. A/C was not working properly - sweltering hot in the room then cools off . No thermostat. 1 burner on the stove didn't work. No utensils stocked in the "kitchenette". Phone in the room did not work. No answer at the front desk when you call. Shower rod was falling out of the wall and thus the shower curtain did not stay pulled while showering. Room was just in ill repair or upkeep. Dirty. The TV looked like the newest piece in the room, but never turned it on or used it. Not sure if all rooms are in ill repair!

I went there for earlier check in even with extra pay but the manager stated they don’t have any early check in, so she can canceled my order by emailed back to Orbitz agent without any charge . But I still got charged.

I booked my husband and son a room here as they needed to be in the area the next day. This hotel is NOT family friendly. They said it appears that people are living in the hotel. The room was dirty. Hairs in the sheets. Sticky flooors. Poor location. Would not recommend. Based on their stay, I would be hesitant to book another extended stay property ever again. Dissatisfied for sure.

I was not even able to check in. The only individual that could have helped me pointed me to a closed door. What's worse even after reaching out, not for a refund, but for another option, all I kept getting was transfers and absolute lack of support. Stranded in the middle of the night after an already stressing day, and I could not get help, shameful.

Room was smaller than I expected. I think the floor was a little sticky. The property was ok, in general. We wouldn’t stay here again. Parking was great.

The location and price. Upon arrival, the man at front desk was rude and short. After I entered my room, phone and tv didn’t work and bathroom was dirty w hair . The man said he made work order and someone would come fix and clean . No one came for all 3 days there. Even after I went back to from office 2 times to ask about it. There were men walking around at all Hours of the night w dogs barking. Dog poop on the walk ways. The bottom of door frames and walls were eaten away and moldy and disgusting. Baseboards too. I have never stayed in a hotel where it was evident someone LIVED in there .

Absolutely horrible experience. I’m honestly shocked and very disappointed. I booked this room in advance for two nights and paid the full amount. I had a confirmed reservation, and I even contacted them through the chat beforehand to let them know that I would be arriving late. I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 AM, and the place was closed. There was a phone box with instructions saying to dial “0” for late check-in, so I called. Someone answered the phone. I explained that I had a confirmed booking and was there to check in. The first thing he told me was that there was no check-in at that time. I asked him to please check my name and reservation confirmation number, but he just told me there was no information under my name or phone number. Seriously?! How is that possible? They had my email, my contact number, my booking information, and they had already taken my full payment. I had even informed them in advance that I would be arriving late. If there was any problem with my reservation or if late check-in was not possible, they should have contacted me in advance. I would have had time to find another hotel. But what am I supposed to do at 2:00 AM when I’m standing outside with my luggage and being told that there is no booking and no check-in? This is beyond disappointing. They took my money, sent me a confirmation, and then when I actually showed up, suddenly there was “no information” about my reservation. I’m sharing this review because I really don’t want anyone else to go through what I’m going through right now. Please think twice before booking this place, especially if you’re arriving late at night. For me, this has been an absolutely horrible experience and completely unacceptable service.
