This is honestly the worst service I have ever gotten. First you double charge me, then never send the proof that’s it’s corrected. Then my flight is delayed beyond my control and I arrive at the airport at 1030pm to call and be told he has too many stops and can’t pick me up before 111. And the $45 parking fee I paid did me no good and wasn’t even disclosed anywhere. I had to spend and other $25 on a Lyft just to get back to my car. Never ever will I stay here again.

Dont go there with a Mastercard, they wont let you in. Even when I paid for the room on line with the same mastercard, I couldnt stay because they wouldnt take my Mastercard or cash for the deposit. That is inconvenient. I had to go down the street. Where they took both.

Great place with amazing amenities. Love the pool and hot tub, pool table and games in lobby and spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds. 10/10 recommend

It was convenient, clean, all of the employees were great. I was on the main road side of the hotel, so there was considerable traffic until late at night. My air conditioning unit was intermittently loud at times. I found if I turned the fan to low it helped.

Will stay again new favorite place to stay in Dallas. And the breakfast is an absolute bonus.

Loved the funky, chill lobby, fun room layout, gym, easy free parking & airport shuttle. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. My room was virtually spotless. The hallway right outside my door unfortunately became a noisy meeting place for a large group, but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I enjoyed my stay overall, & would definitely stay there again.
