Residence Inn by Marriott DFW Airport North-Irving

Waited , called the front office and then went walking around until I found someone 45 minutes later. Had originally called the front desk to let them know my flight would be delayed and was told they would leave a note to the Counter. Did not find there was a note. The person who did check me in did a good job getting me a Room.

Hallways were dirty and smelled really bad (like feces), but the rooms were clean. They shut the water off the morning of the next to last day so I couldnt shower. Otherwise, the rooms and breakfast were good

Location to the airport The bed was a hammock and horribly uncomfortable

Good

I love the fact that the suite was clean, spacious, had all the amenities to cook, friendly reception and staff, would recommend, price was great. I enjoyed my stay!!!

Breakfast should not be same every day. Change of fruits and types of egg and protein Change breakfast menu at least thrice a week

Exceptional

Exceptional

This hotel was outdated, and the price was astronomical for the quality expected from a Residence inn. I recommend choosing another hotel in the area at that price point.

Took to long to get the airport shuttle-

Then the building is not marked with exit to the lobby or elevators Book the hotel and it said free shuttle - when I called for shuttle front desk said we’re too busy tonight. There is no shuttle service — had to pay$ 25 for an Uber. So because of your shuttle, I spent $50 to and from the airport 2 1/2 miles away

Clean Non

The breakfast was very good

Everything was perfect

The whole experience was good. Would stay here again. Nothing, really.

Superb

Quick check in. Last minute booking because my flight was canceled Cracked tiles in bathroom. Very outdated. No coffee in rooms Front desk manager was overwhelmed and hung up on me when I called to ask a question

The room was clean and ready when we checked in. We did have a 2 bedroom/2 bath, but one of the bathroom toilets was clogged when we arrived. We did call maintenance (it was late when we checked in, so we did not expect for it to get handles that night, but the front desk personnel informed us that someone would be there around 8am. When we came back the following evening, the toilet still was not functioning properly.

Breakfast fine

Good
