The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport

The airport shuttle was by request and after putting the request, you’ll need to wait for it under the 100 degree heat for 25 mins. You can definitely do better!

There is no room service. It took a while for them To accept a call asking for the airport- hotel shuttle. The bed is comfy!

Their website advertises that they have a cocktail hour in club lounge; we paid to upgrade and they did not have any of sort of cocktail hour. To end the vacation- it took two hours from the time we called the shuttle to get to the hotel. We stood outside the airport in the heat for an hour and 15 minutes- because there is a designated pickup spot and you can’t wait inside. I’m aware the is a complimentary service. I would have happily called an uber.. however every time I called (4 times to be exact) I was told only 10 more minutes. We stay near the airport quite often before flights and this was not a good stay nor do I recommend.

Rooms are dated, carpet in a terrible condition, freeway and runway noise unbearable. Buffet Breakfast subpar, oatmeal half cooked!

Clean room

It was really clean. It had a beautiful lobby. It was a hotel you just really wanted to hang out in.

This is the first hotel that Ive visited in a while that had turn down service every day. It was so nice getting fresh towels and tucked sheets each day. The 1PM check out for being a member was also very nice.

The property is dated and needs ti be renovated.

The room and bed were not clean

This is probably the worst Westin property I have stayed. The property is old and outdated. Worst of all, the carpet on the walkways smells of mold and stale stench. Power plugs falling loose, bathroom walls chipping, fixtures loose. This property is in serious need of a renovation. I would understand if this was Holiday Inn express, but this is a Westin property and the condition of this hotel is not acceptable.

Okay I can’t say enough good things about this property! It’s beautiful! The staff were insanely helpful and friendly! This is our new go to hotel when we’re in Dallas!

Very dated hotel, definitely not 4-star worthy! Old carpet in the room. Definitely needs overall updates. Very nice staff though!

Free shuttle was running quickly to/from the airport. Could have used more than every hour for the early morning flights, we wound up taking an Uber. However, the room was spotless and the restaurant had very high quality food, which was a very welcome amenity after a long day of travel.

Hotel was great! Only thing I would change is room service be served on actual dishes instead of in a Styrofoam containers.

There were a few things. First, the rooms are very outdated. Popcorn ceilings, wallpaper that was peeling and the bathrooms weren't the best. Second, for the airport shuttle it clearly states first come first serve. That did not happen, the people there there early didn't get on the shuttle because when the driver came she decided to take people based off of the terminal that they were leaving from.
