My room smelled smoky, and silver fish was crawling on me …

When my dad arrived to check in, he gave the front desk both his name and the reservation confirmation number that I had made for him. The staff insisted that there was no reservation under either, leaving him with no choice but to pay for another room, even though his original reservation had already been booked. The following morning, before we even contacted the hotel ourselves, my dad went back to the front desk and specifically asked if there was a reservation under his name that had been made by me. Once again, the staff told him there was nothing in the system. Later that morning, when we contacted the hotel to figure out what had happened, we were suddenly told that there was a reservation under his name—completely contradicting what both my dad and I had been told multiple times. Instead of receiving an apology or any effort to resolve the situation, I was met with an extremely rude attitude and terrible customer service. To make matters worse, the room itself was not as advertised. The photos online made it appear clean, modern, and updated, but the actual room was outdated and nowhere near as clean as the pictures suggested. It was very disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the hotel's listing. The entire experience was horribl

Whenever I checked in, got the key, went to the room and it was still occupied with someone in there. Went back to front desk and he said it should’ve been empty, it says it’s clean and not occupied. Got a different room on the other side of the building. Room had a little funky smell. There was some roaches that were crawling from under the bed. Overall, the stay was eh.

The staff was very helpful and kind, however the room was not clean and was very uncomfortable to stay in.

. Los martes en malas condiciones . Condiciones de limpieza pobres . Cuartos con olor a humedad o cigarrillos . En mi opinión no sirve ni para pasar la noche

I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons, but barely received “Lawry’s.” The property wasn’t well maintained and the room smelled like mildew. The hotel charged twice for one night and complained about giving a refund, for the error. I would definitely choose any other hotel in the area, seeing that every other hotel around it was nice and inviting.

I needed a quick room for one day. Red roof in did just that. It wasn’t the cleanest, but it also wasn’t necessarily dirty. A little outdated. Staff was friendly, other than I had called two days prior to ask for an early check-in, and the staff member told me to call day of because they would not know the answer until my check-in day. Decent location considering it’s very close to the airport and you can easily hop on any highway to get either into Dallas or Fort Worth.

Clean room, bed was ok, the airport shuttle need to call to pick you up at airport, vans are old and worn down, had a handicapped person in wheel chair, no vans are handicap accessible, the step is very high big trouble to handle that with my handicapped daughter, everything else was ok, the staff is friendly and old hotel but works.

Looks nothing like in the photos. Check in lobby was dark and dingy and smelled like marijuana. Staff was rude and unfriendly. My bathroom had hair in the toilet seat and my sheets had bloodstains on it.

Walked into room and had strong odor of mold. Couldn't stay mold smell was so bad it made my eyes water.

Room was larger and nicer than expected, location is very convenient for work travel, staff is friendly and helpful. WiFi was spotty at best, so working in the room was difficult. Room was clean, but smelly. AC set to 66 ran constantly but probably didn't even get down to 72.
