Red Roof Inn Dallas - DFW Airport North

The room was clean, however it smelled too much like smoke and I booked a smoke free room. The property looked clean but it smelled like urine outside on the hallways. The staff was friendly. Coffee was good.

Shuttle service was good, rooms could have been cleaner. Needed to be switched out due to bugs in the first room given. Staff was understanding and accommodating.

For a good overnight stay this place is great. Close to the airport. Good shuttle service. Good and reasonable parking area. Rates are very reasonable. I have already booked two more stays.

Needed a night to stay ans shuttle into the airport. Great stay. Happy they had a microwave and a mini fridge.

Location nice people at front desk and location Shuttle driver left me at wrong airlines . At American and not Delta. Also dropped me off with very short time to get through customs

It was all very old and outdated. The room stunk really bad of bug spray or some other kind of chemicals. The shuttle was a tiny cramped van that smelled like exhaust and the transmission was slipping but it was on time and got me to the airport at the correct time. I also didn't realized the room door opened to the street, so I wasn't comfy with that but it was my fault. The only good thing was the AC worked amazing.

Poorly maintained room and property. King bed was so old and worn out it looked like a sway back horse. Sketchy area and tenants. Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling where the drywall has crumbled above the shower.

Clean hotel room. I had an issue with the key not working after several attempts. Thankfully, there was a maintenance man on site who was able to come quickly and let me into my room, although it was after midnight.

The room was clean, but it had a bad smell. They also left only two shower towels even though we are four people. Lastly, the toilet did not flush properly.

Red Roof is normally a good place to stay and this was no exception. Room was nice, parking was free, all good, very happy

It had a coffee maker which was actually quite clean and came with regular and decaf, it also had a microwave oven. The staff were helpful, did not use the parking. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to. There is a free airport shuttle which will save you $50 round trip.
