The property was ok but the rooms are very outdated also the fact that there wasn’t free coffee or tea around the clock was disappointing. Imagine having to walk to the nearby gas station late in the evening I don’t care how close it is

Great DFW shuttle service that runs early and late. For airport pickup, it's a good idea to call the hotel to let them know which terminal you're waiting at. Hotel has nice, clean rooms. Kind and helpful staff. Shower water temperature jumps around a bit.

The staff was friendly and tended to our needs. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay, as the staff promptly addressed the scent in the room and accommodated us with a nice, clean room.

Front desk was argumentative and rude. Worst Hilton I’ve ever been to. AC was so loud it kept us up most of the night. No coffee or breakfast available when we checked out. Coffee maker is broke and staff to serve isn’t coming until 8 or 9 am. This property did not meet my expectations and I will never stay there again.
