Quality Inn DFW Airport North

Our stay was only for six hours in between our flights and after hours being delayed at the airport. Unfortunately we saw a roach crawling up the wall. Will definitely do more research in picking places in this type of situation next time. The positive was the staff was very friendly.

Clean room decent bed friendly staff

Nice for the money breakfast was nice my only complaint was air conditioning unit was dated and little annoying.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shuttle took us to the airport on time.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel was in poor condition, and the entire place had a strong cigarette smell. The front-desk staff were courteous and helpful, and I want to give them credit for that. Unfortunately, my experience with management was completely different. Around 2:30 in the morning, I woke up scratching and itching. When I turned on the light and looked at the bed, I discovered what appeared to be bedbugs on the bed. This was an extremely disturbing and upsetting experience. I should never have had to deal with something like this in a hotel. It has now been several days since this happened, and I still have not received any meaningful response from management. I have not received the concern, communication, or follow-up that I would expect after reporting a serious issue like this. The General Manager, has shown very little care or concern regarding what happened to me. I find the lack of communication and follow-up extremely disappointing. I am also still waiting for my refund and my deposit, which I have not received back. The front-desk employees were great, but unfortunately, good front-desk staff cannot make up for poor management and unacceptable hotel conditions. I hope management takes this situation seriously, addresses the condition of the property, and resolves my outstanding refund and deposit immediately. This experience has left me extremely frustrated,

The room I was in had a heavy smoke scent. You smell it what you enter . 2 AM in the morning, I was woken up by itching turn on the light showing enough bedbugs on the bed. I immediately went to the front desk. She was very helpful. She took all my information. I showed her the video I took with the bedbugs on the bed and she gave me another room. The next morning I went to the front desk told him the same thing showed them the video I requested a full refund they say I have to wait on management management never reached out to me. I kept calling and calling the facility Mr. Neil, who is the management.

Rooms a little bit outdated and the breakfast could been better but really good location to order food and really close to the dfw airport

Ofrecen el servicio de parqueo para tu vehículo gratis si te quedas en el hotel , pero si estás en el hotel y tienes que viajar a otro estado o ciudad puedes dejar el vehículo ahí . Mucho más barato que dejarlo dentro del aeropuerto.

Funcionó para dormir pero no es lo mejor. Precio valor obtenido justo

Staff was great, property needs some updating!

The staff is always pleasant including their shuttle drivers. Great breakfast. Clean hotel and a quiet room.

Excellent experience and room, as always

When we went to the desk, they were overbooked so they upgraded us to a better room but for $100 more. When in the room, we found a dirty pair of women’s underwear in the dresser drawer. They had to send housekeeping up. No complimentary bottles of water. And the vinyl couch they had inside the room, every time we sat down the cushions would slide off the couch. I’ll look elsewhere next time.

The property was cleaning enough. The price was OK, but I did not like that. It had no shampoo and no soap in the bathroom. We got there late and we’re so tired that we just went to bed after. Showering with water only in the Morning The, so cold Breakfast was a mess with no coffee maker was supposedly out of order. They had been a very popular concert Close by. So the Hotel was packed. The breakfast was awful.

Our room was clean however the lobby was not very clean and the BF was limited and the public bathroom was not clean at all.

Hotel très bien entretenu et calme, le personnel est accueollant mais plus hispanophone, le wifi capricieux de temps en temps et la climatisation est très bien adaptée au climat du milieu. Faire très attention pour la navette à l'arrivée à l'aéroport!
