Holiday Inn Express & Suites Irving Dfw Airport North by IHG

The shuttle driver was fantastic, I had a long flight from Europe and he took care of me. Upon check in the process was fast and my room was way more than what I expected. There was soap, lotion and hair dryer so I didnot have to unpack my luggage. The room was exceptionally large and all was white and clean. Ample ampunt of towels and was quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was good, I had egg white omleet with turkey sausage and gluten free bread. Great experience

Able to walk around the area and not get taken out by a car or truck. About an hour's walk each way to restaurants, gas stations, coffee, and other retail shops. The best part was the front desk staff. All of the ones I encountered were kind, professional, helpful, and smiled when greeting them entering or leaving the hotel or simply on the way to the complimentary to us patrons breakfast. Two of my co-workers stayed at another nearby hotel and I definitely made the better choice.

Nice and clean No complaints

Wonderful experience. Will recommend.

CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT THE HOWER HANDEL DID NOT WORK PROPERLY IN ROOM 107

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The parking was horrible. The bathroom door couldn't close- not didn't COULDN'T. The door wasn't sized for the bathroom. It was too short and not wide enough so it didn't latch. There were no extra pillows for the pullout couch, despite there being 3 people listed on the manifest. While a great value, I won't be staying here again.

Overall good experience. I parked around the side at 8pm and checked in, gave my license plate info to them and then had to walk back out to put the permit in the truck so it wont get towed. a little incovienced after traveling all day and ready to crash. They had all the info on the truck to pass on to monitor....?

Superb

Good location, very clean, great staff

Location and complementary breakfast My wife and I have been a member for years to the IHG. We stayed at this hotel well over 30 times in the last five years. There used to be a lot of nice perks being IHG member. This hotel took all the Perx away. We will never stay here again.

Excellent breakfast. Continental with a good selection of hot dishes. Appreciated the free shuttle which operates until 11.30pm. Staff both at checkin ( late at night ) & in the morning when we checked out were very friendly & did their job well. Rooms clean but need refurbishing . That being said, the bathroom was great - fresh & modern.

Good

It was an overnight stay to catch an early flight… great location and easy access to DFW airport!

Superb

Great location close to airport for an overnight transit, check in staff was lovely, had good suggestions for meals in the area and helped with a late check out. They stored our bags whilst we did a quick trip into Fort Worth and allowed us to use the lounge area until we were going back to the airport. When we tried to call for the courtesy shuttle bus to pick us up they did not answer so we had to catch an Uber.

Excellent shuttle service Nothing

Checking in was very inconvenient. There was a long line of people. One person at the desk. They were not prepared. We had to put our luggage in a closet and come back later so we didn’t miss the event we were in town for.

The long distances to walk between rooms and to the elevator were odd and did t seem safe I. Case of fire. The building was bery old. The coffee was awful. The seating I. The lobby was shabby and filthy.

Location and shuttle The shower was actually a tub, old school. Head was just so-so... needs updating. USB ports in the room were all pushed in and not functioning very well.

Superb
