Overall the hotel was good .the breakfast was great ... what was terrible was my smashed drivers window on my truck . There were several smashed. Front desk acted like it was no big deal and handed me a prefilled form to get a generic police report. Like it happens all the time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a very pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Outstanding! Best bed and shower I've had in a long time. The shuttle driver was the most considerate man - even though he was picking up passengers for another Hampton Inn he drove me to the one I had a reservation at! I was just off an 11-hour fight from Barcelona to Dallas and was exhausted. His compassion was beyond words.

Amazing staff-great customer service was provided by Front Desk Team: Sierra, Shilpa and Alex. Also, Ms. Silvia did a wonderful job making sure that breakfast was always warm and ready for us. Last but not least, the Housekeeping team were very kind and maintained my room clean and tidy in a matter of minutes… all while I was on a conference call.
