Room was extremely hot and they moved us to another room that wasn’t much better. Slept with a wet towel on my head to keep cool. Terrible AC unit

Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities including gymnasium and pool excellent When we arrived to check in we were met with a young lady who was not personable, did not smile and was completely unhelpful

Near the airport. The parking charge me $893.48 for one day! The AC was not working. And the front desk staff who assisted during my check in was rude and racist. You can tell from her face that she is not happy assisting her customer. And for that I will never come back to that hotel. Worst experience!

La niña de la recepción el domingo 26 por la mañana excelente actitud. La mala actitud de quien respondía el servicio de pickup el sábado 25 a las 7 de la tarde descompone la experiencia. Primero dejaron el teléfono sonar por al menos 15 minutos sin responder, después cuando respondieron colgaron dos veces (era una mujer)... Sheraton debería revisar esto porque de verdad una persona con una mala actitud lo cambia todo.

Very clean. Rooms are quite outdated. I asked three times for my AC to be fixed on 105+ degree days and no one made an effort to help. My room was at least 72 degrees at all times. Not an enjoyable experience.

Roches in room, big ones, room was very small and crowed and had a very bad smell. Mattress had blood stains! Chairs had other stains.
