Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott

Helpful staff, clean room, but room itself was aged and needs updating. Closet doors were crooked and hard to close. Shower sliding doors were also crooked and water leaked on the floor. Pool area was great, so was a very large fitness center. Bar and food was good, everything a bit pricey but I'd rather be in a nice hotel and pay a little more than stay in another location without any of the amenities. I'm still a Marriott person!

Selected due to airport location with 24 hr airport shuttle. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Very clean and enjoyed modern decor of room. Ate dinner in restaurant which was tasty and service was excellent. Thought closeness to airport might be a source of noise however room was very quiet

Great stay. If only breakfast cost more reasonable and internet crashed second day of stay.

there was a roach in the lobby area. i told the staff just so other guests would not see it and cause a big deal-just kind of gross.

Everything is good except the shuttle bus pick up, waited 40 minutes

The condition of the rooms was subpar. Water damage on the ceiling in bathroom and bedroom, smoke stench that someone tried to mask with some sort of fumigate and strands of hair on the floors and bed. The hotel is clearly dated and in need of some care and renovations.

Backdoor to room wouldn’t close. Floor near the door was soaking wet. Hot tube was cold. Internet on tv was going in and out.

Very clean and modern.

Excellent front desk staff.....convenient bar/restaurant.....quick shuttle ride to DFW

Becareful and do not leave your credit card as guarantee!!!

Stayed here after a canceled flight. Shampoo bottle did not dispense, hot tub was not heated or resolved after overnight hours. Beds are only doubles (for 3 adults). No property ammenities cities such as coffee. Would never go back or recommend

Waited 35-40 minutes @ 3 am for a shuttle. The air conditioner never cooled our room even at 65 degrees. The pocket/barn door to bathroom would barely slide open or shut -- so you had to squeeze thru to go to the bathroom and the closet light would not turn off. The electrical was hanging from the ceiling in the closet. No light switch anywhere. The night staff was horrible. The day time staff were great! I didn't have a toothbrush due to our flight delays and luggage being lost - I asked if they had a toothbrush but they could not find one. They had toothpaste but NO toothbrush. I will NEVER stay here again. Marriott needs to know about these conditions. Maybe the other rooms were magnificent but not room 343.

great location next to airport, friendly staff, lobby is clean and huge and comforty, store allows self checkout popcorn ceiling, a little loud when plane passed by, but cannot avoid due to the location

Could not find an ice machine that was functional

This was my first time at this hotel and I found it very comfortable with a great staff. I was warmly welcomed at the registration and found the bar and restaurant personnel to be friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay there again.

Beds were a little small but comfortable.
