Housekeeping didn't come and clean the bathroomr, take dirty towels, or gather trash like I asked them to.

The place is super clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. The staff is courteous and friendly. Rey conveniently located to DFW airport.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years. It’s convenient to the airport, they offer a free shuttle, and parking has always been $20/week. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The only issue I’ve ever had here was this time. I was informed on arrival that the parking policy changed to $10/day. Luckily I had checked Expedia before booking and knew it was listed at $20/week. I showed the clerk and she insisted their policy had changed and I would have to pay the new price. Once I pulled up the Expedia listing, she got the manager. The manager gladly honored the $20/week rate. Not sure why the parking policy is changing as the parking lot was almost completely empty when we got there. Overall I would rate it an excellent place to stay, but I will probably just park at the airport if it goes up to $10/night.

I would have gave this hotel a 10/10 if it wasn’t for no continental breakfast not even toast or something basic . They had a restaurant that looked more like a pantry And the breakfast prices where to expensive forcing us to go out and eat with the prices they had there for breakfast, everything there was for sale even the coffe . Do your research before coming here I won’t be staying here anymore next time I come to Dallas I’m staying somewhere I can get a free coffe atleast I’ll definitely be doing my research next time I come into Dallas forth worth area

Great staff. The room was very clean and cool air conditioner

The location was convenient and close to the sites I wanted to visit. However, the bathroom door squeaked loudly and was difficult to pull open. Additionally, the ceiling light in the entryway was burnt out, and no action was taken to fix it even after I notified the front desk.

I love the bar and amenities. There was a mini golf, jumbo jenga, tic tac toe. However it said complimentary breakfast included it was complimentary there was the paid bar that sold food via the bistro.

I liked the cleanliness, the updated rooms and the friendly staff The beds weren’t the most comfortable and it wasn’t clear if breakfast was included or if it cost extra.
