Atrium Hotel and Suites DFW Airport South

The room was nice & clean! However, the elevator door tried to close on me, and my husband literally had to pry it open. It would not open, and he was literally holding it open with his arms to keep it from closing. Also, when we returned to the airport, the first shuttle driver was rude and tried to squeeze my family of four into two seats in the van, and there was no room for our luggage.. I had to call and get a new shuttle for us.

It was broken items in the room as well as baby roaches. The pool needed to be shocked and looked very murky.

We had a great experience. All of the staff was very nice and everything was clean and well maintained. The dinner/bar was very good and the server was excellent, wish I could remember her name. The breakfast was also great! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a flight cancelled and had to find a hotel for the night. This is very close to the airport and has shuttle service. It is a very nice hotel

We always like having the bar on site and the ladies that work there are so nice

I enjoyed my stay but the building is definitely outdated and more areas need an upgrade. I would also suggest that the toilets be raised or updated to higher toilets as grown ppl are not children and need higher toilets to sit on for ore comfort. Also make sure the staff are not laying on the beds as one of the beds in the trim sleds of someone’s perfume/cologne and it was right after we got into the room after check in at 3pm

Warm accommodating hotel. The staff were excellent and understanding as our flight had been canceled they handled the crowd checking in at 2 am efficiently. Food and beverages were still available for those of us who were equally tired and hungry.

Close to airport, nice large rooms, comfy beds and a bar that will stay open late when there are several customers….. like us when our flight kept getting pushed later because of weather until we missed our Dallas connection to CDG…. Very sad but hotel was great. Thank you. Nada.

Rooms as spacious and very clean. Could have some bottles of water in the room. We arrived very late.

Shuttle from airport was very confusing - ended up being 1.5 hours after waiting at terminal, being told they don't pick up at that terminal, taking a bus to another terminal, and waiting again.
