The room was clean and good sized. The breakfast was well attended and food was hot. All front desk staff greeted us each time we came back and answered any questions we had. Really no complaints overall. The elevator was very slow. There were no overhead lights in the room and lamps were not very bright.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the airport and centrally located between Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington. It includes airport shuttle service, a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of options, a gym for guest use, and very friendly staff. They even stored our backpacks while we were in Houston for a few days, and we picked them up when we returned. The only less positive thing I have to mention, and it's not related to the hotel but to the city in general, is that without your own vehicle, getting around is very difficult due to the enormous distances between places. To use public transportation, you had to travel a long distance to the nearest train station, for which there is a shuttle service included in the fare, but you still lose a lot of time. If you go to Dallas, you need your own vehicle.

This was my second stay at this hotel after a short trip to Houston. The hotel stored our backpacks until we returned so we didn't have to carry so much. Next door there's a gas station with a convenience store that's always handy, and 24-hour dining options like a Whataburger. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of food and drink choices, the facilities were excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing to mention here is the huge distances to everything, and if you don't want to waste many hours on public transport and don't have your own vehicle, you end up spending a lot of money on Uber
