The location Housekeeping could have been better about cleaning around the bed. There was an empty water bottle and an unopened packet of hot sauce on the floor next to the bed.

Great hotel near the airport and helpful having a shuttle service to and from the airport. In a quiet area but had great facilities for a one night stop over. Nothing!

Called for airport shuttle and they didn’t answer the phone. The staff was almost none existent. Beds are not comfortable.

Room service was not done for once during my 4nights stay

Fire sprinkler system hanging down from ceiling not properly attached which is a safety factor. Stove did not work properly. Informed staff they did not attend to my concerns after several complaints. Staff is not friendly as previous stays I have had at this location. I used to love staying here when I am in town for business.

I picked the property specifically because it advertised an airport shuttle. What they don't tell you is they only run once an hour. It is a small van, and fills quickly in the morning. It also stops at 10:00 pm. I was forced to Uber both directions at $36.00 per ride ($72.00 total). Almost as much as the room.

Booked for the early airport shuttle but upon arrival found the shuttle in the morning was full already. Very frustrating!

Room was clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay to fill an extended layover from DFW. The shuttle bus was a bit confusing. I called the hotel after picking up my checked bag as instructed and went to the purple station, but the hotel manager in duty kept asking me repeatedly what gate I was at. Problem is, there was no gate marking at the purple station. The most I could give him was my terminal, my arrival gate and the baggage claim carousel number, but none of those seemed to satisfy him. It was very confusing but eventually the shuttle made it to me and took me to the hotel. No tissue in the tissue holder, and the kitchen had empty salt and pepper shakers. But otherwise the stay was fine for what it was, the bed was clean and comfortable and a good value for the money.
