Comfort Inn & Suites Irving Las Colinas DFW

No complaints at all. I enjoyed my stay.

Good

Hotel was clean quiet and convenient. Breakfast was on time and on point.

Todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones, habitación limpia, buen desayuno y excelente el servicio. Todos los días pasaron a limpiar la habitación.

Stay was just okay, nothing to rave about. Room was decent. Everything worked properly. TV was an issue when we first got into the room, but staff was helpful in getting it to work. Wasn’t able to try the breakfast, so can’t speak on that. Hotel was in a great spot and wasn’t far out from places that we visited in Dallas. Would rate it a 3/5.

NA

Clean room, staff very helpful especially with the airport shuttle, breakfast included various food. Would recommend it.

Very nice service

Close to a lot of stores, very convenient. The mirror light in the bathroom didnt work. The light/fan in the ceiling of the bathroom wasnt there, just a giant whole in the ceiling with drywall crumbs all over the floor. Had to move the desk lamp into the bathroom to shower. The light/fan was shoved under the sink.

Clean room

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. They took good care of me

Room was clean an smelled refreshing. The temp in my room was very cozy. Breakfast was enough to hold me over.

I had two rooms under my reservation. In room 1 the AC unit was leaking water into the room. I told the front staff and he didn’t seem to care. Since it was 2 of us in the room we just stayed on half side of the room since the carpet was soaking wet. The rooms also had a musty smell In room 2 there wasn’t any big problems you can just tell the hotel had been renovated but poorly. You have signs that are upside down . The area is good nothing to say about that. Pretty close to the Arlington area if you’re attending anything at the stadiums. Overall for the price I believe there’s better. I wouldn’t stay here again

Liked everything

staff very friendly also a good location and walking distance to restaurants and stores hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and has a shuttle van that will pickup and drop off for free if called in advance

The room was clean and cozy .. breakfast was good the only issue was the tv guide … and the remote was working properly … but other that that it was absolutely great !

Our air was leaking extremely bad. The floor right next to our bed was soaked, so the bottom of our covers were also soaked. The shower door would not stay closed which was annoying because I had to use one hand to keep it closed the entire time so the bathroom wouldn’t get soaked

Passable

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

Excellent value
