Nice, quiet, clean surroundings with plenty of nearby shopping centers and restaurants. Even with a lot of business buildings nearby traffic was minimal. All staff were excellent and welcoming! Outdoor pool was great on these hot summer days! My room didn’t have a mini refrigerator but we managed without. The pillows are really soft, I prefer soft and firm pillows.

We have lick from air conditioner so all carpet was wet- I know that was not fault of hotel stuff but still I was little bit suffer

Great location and felt very safe. Air conditioning was terrible and sweat every night I was there. That was really my only complaint. Bring a fan!

The only issue I encountered happened before I arrived. About two weeks before my stay, I called to request a late checkout because I was scheduled to speak at an event later in the week and expected my schedule to run long. I was connected to the central reservations call center, and I specifically asked multiple times whether notes had been added to my reservation. I was assured they had. When I checked in, I mentioned the request to the front desk, only to learn there were no notes on my reservation. It turned out the representative I spoke with wasn’t based at the property. Fortunately, the hotel staff handled the situation quickly, and everything worked out perfectly. My only suggestion is to improve communication between the central call center and the hotel. Missing reservation notes can easily create unnecessary confusion for both guests and staff. Thankfully, the team stepped up and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommended staying here! Absolutely top notch!
