great staff and breakfast. Safe and clean

When we travel to the Dallas area we usually stay at this hotel. Used to we would get services and everything was fine atleast clean towels this time we didn't get any services so we had to get clean towels and ask for certain things. Other than that it was fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Dallas/Las Colinas. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cozy, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a great experience from check-in to check-out and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Food from breakfast was not so good. Bathroom was also not so clean

Room was impeccably clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, excellent variety of food. No trouble parking.

Mr Dewey I believe that was his name was very welcoming. He checked me in, asked if we needed anything let him know. The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff was awesome. All around a great stay. Could get to everywhere I wanted to go in a short an amount of time. Over all very nice place and location

Room was pretty clean but there were a couple of dirty towels in the room. One with brown stuff look like poop idk, another with red stuff and only one trash can with trash in it still no blanket for the sofa bed. And the elevator stinks super bad ewww.

Everything was good in the Hotel. They do not disappoint. This is our Christmas hotel and our hurricane harbor mini vacay

Plenty of parking - dated hotel safe area. No microwaves in room, sink wouldn't drain

The breakfast was very good quality and had lots of variety, from eggs, potatoes and bacon (crispy and delicious!) to cereal, yogurt, or fruit and oatmeal. It’s not a large property, so parking was very easy and convenient. It is near the highway, but very quiet inside the hotel, and there are good stores and restaurants nearby. We visit this area several times a year, and will definitely stay here again!

Current one is not good.

Everything in this hotel was spotless. Room was clean and comfortable. Common areas were kept meticulously clean by staff. Breakfast was ok - food was well stocked at all times. Staff was super friendly. Dewey greeted us upon arrival and checked us in and never missed an opportunity to ask us in passing if all was well. The free shuttle was awesome and saved us a ton of cash.

I was placed in room 123. And it was nice and quiet. I needed the rest for this work trip

Great stay!

Upon check-in, I noticed a lot of bits of food around the tables and chairs in the area that clearly were missed when the area was cleaned, but then maybe it hadn't been cleaned yet, however, I would have expected this to be cleaned up shortly after those occupying the table had left by the attendant(s) on duty. Other than that, the breakfast was excellent, the room request was met and it was a very pleasant stay. My thanks to the two gentlemen on the front desk when leaving the luggage (Ravin and Dewey) before check-in and then checking in later. They were very polite and helpful.

Elevators were broken for two days.
