Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Irving Las Colinas

Exceptional

I hope this hotel is undergoing renovation. Furniture needed repair, paint missing on walls, outlets missing covers, lights missing covers. I stayed due to trust in the Wyndham name. It did not live up to expectations.

Not one of my better hotel stays. Started with front desk wanting to charge a pet fee when it is stated that pets stay free on Hotels.com website. Continued once in the room and saw a room in desperate need of renovation. Outlet covers missing, broken, or ill fitting. Ceiling lights missing covers. Booked property on Wyndham name, assuming the quality would be there. Nope.

The TV, hair dryer and phone did not work.

The hotel staff was great. I had a young lady help me get a Lyft ride on the evening shift.it was nice and quiet.

Remodeling, no TV, no breakfast.

Had to tell the reception to get breakfast out. Vending machine had expired chips.

Room was old and smelly Wooden flor was sticky Bathtub had stains No water pressure in shower No kitchen utensils / cutlery Bed was smelly Tv is bad Cupboards were stained and water damaged Sofa was smelly Carpets were not clean AC made too much sound

They accepted my last minute reservation

Disgusting, it looks nothing like the pictures at alllllllllll. There are stains everywhere, doors aren't secure even when locked. Couches and beds are stained. Bathroom just has cleaning products sprayed on it and they don’t get wiped. Surprised there aren't any roaches. Smells like butt and cigarettes in the rooms. A motel 6 is better then this dump.

The hotel was scary and dirty and run down . Big Roaches were in my room . It smelled like cigarettes and I couldn't sleep I couldn't wait to leave. I paid a lot of money .

Best hotel in Dallas by FAR. The staff here are so helpful and kind.

Room nor clean properly no blankets for sofa

Manager no customer service skills only care that he gave us below price but not concerned about elevating problems of his establishment

The location was great distance to the convention center The room had bad signs of water damage the bathroom door didnt even close cuz the water damage .. the carpet was wet from leaking AC u iy . They also charges 25 dollars per pet per night which is absurd the guy at the counter gave a discount because that was NOT what I was told on the phone. I b stayed my time but never again
