Sandman Signature Dallas Las Colinas Hotel & Suites

The friendliness of the staff.

My fiancé and I stayed there while we were visiting our grandbaby. The hotel is very nice. Definitely five stars. It has a restaurant/bar downstairs which is very convenient. The pool and hot tub very nice and best of all the bathroom. The shower was gorgeous, and I had a deep soaking tub. I highly recommend you stay here. I plan on staying every time I’m in Dallas.

Only thing that was a little of a bummer was the breakfast was super limited and out of most things both days by 830am had a voucher for $15 and only got one little bacon egg cheese sandwich for it so not sure on price. The restaurant there was really good though.

Love the entire staff very attentive my suite was super nice and clean great location

Was very clean and safe!

I love the interior of the room and bathroom. I love their cute little cafe 1967. It was really good. Definitely coming back. It was a bit expensive, but I think it was fine for me. I'm not sure about the others.

Great property

Clean, affordable. Easy check in and check out.

Excellent hotel

The property was so beautiful. The staff were so nice and attentive. From the front desk to the room service staff, and the housekeeping staff everyone made my stay even better. I loved the pool and sunbathing area. Me and my fiancé had a great staycation for his birthday! 10/10 would recommend

Exceptional

This is my second time staying at this property and I love it! It’s a great location, clean and safe

Nice rooms with comfortable beds.

I really enjoyed my stay, the location is great and the staff was incredibly friendly

Great stay

This place had phenomenal customer service, but the rooms were immaculate. I’m a person that does not like to stay at hotels, and this was exceptionally well kept. Me and my husband have decided we have found our new place to stay.

The property was very modern and well kept. It was also very clean and smelled great.

Clean and beautiful

Clean.

If I could give this hotel 20 stars I would! ALL the staff was so friendly and welcoming with the best smiles! In every hotel I've ever stayed at I've always showered with my shoes on, walked throughout the room with my shoes on because it didn't feel clean enough to me. It was the complete opposite. This was the first time in my 37 years that I have showered in a hotel shower with my shoes OFF! I will not be staying anywhere but here any time I travel out this way. .P.S...They have the best makeup remover wipes. There was absolutely nothing not to like!
