Everyone was nice and everything was perfect definitely staying here again

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very nice, up to date and very quiet. Would have preferred a Keurig coffeemaker as the in-room coffee was pretty bad. Loved the suite with the kitchenette!

I love how welcoming the staff was. Our room was nice and clean along with the pool and gym. I would’ve liked a bit of a more soft mattress but everything else was great! Just the mattress. It wasn’t the worst but felt it could be better for the price we paid.

We tend to go to Dallas a lot but i’ve been looking for a hotel that is budget friendly, in an area close to everywhere we go, and clean/modern. This checked all the boxes. The rooms were spotless and looked fresh and updated. Walking in, the lobby was really nice. The staff was all kind and friendly. I was so happy and impressed with everything. This is now my go-to hotel for all my Dallas trips.

I absolutely love this location! I’ve stayed there at least twice in the last two months and Ki is always amazing; kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and just a ray of sunshine CONSISTENTLY! Christopher is wonderful as well, always smiling, helpful, and willing to answer all questions.

Friendly staff and the room was excellent

Great staff and amenities. My problems was the room. The sink wouldn’t train and the toilet wouldn’t not flush. The air wasn’t the best either. The staff was very nice and accommodating when we made them aware of the issues.

Absolutely loved this property. We stayed here for our anniversary staycation. The staff was friendly, room was clean, and beautiful. This will be our go to hotel from now on. Also wanted to mention that the coffee from the cafe was perfect.

Exceptional

the night Manager is a horrible individual, he seems to have preferences depending on who the customer is. He assigned me to a handicap accessible room and then lied about why. However, another Rep who was starting her shift, did reassign me.

Traveled from Houston to Dallas for 3 days and 2nights. Had a great time and the stay was comfortable. Very clean
