Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

The hotel is a little older and the elevators are only located on one side of the rooms which can be inconvenient but overall liked the hotel.

staff was excellent. checking in and out. Young man with blonde hair (sorry i forgot his name). excellent. working both check in and bar. great location.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was convenient and the area is very pretty. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. The staff was very nice.

The place is clean, nice, and close to many shops and restaurants

The whole property just has 1 elevator which is located at the far end from lobby. Dragging the luggage or a quick run back to the room is impossible and inconvenient.

Amazing stay, will come again

ADA room was not as expected. We ended up having to call for a lift assist due to the bed being so low. However, we were permitted to stay in a regular room which has higher beds and use the shower in the ADA room the next night which prevented us from having to call for a lift assist again. So, that was nice.

Not many options as far as food choices.

I didn’t get to have breakfast I had to leave, but the stay overall was great. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

10/10; Hotel had great hosts, the made to order French toasts with fresh strawberries were awesome, and the indoor/outdoor pool was amazing. The pool was very clean and well stocked with towels. We enjoyed swimming during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located and has a type of homely feel to it. Also enjoyed the courtyard/balcony view.

Property is outdated and there are limited amenities at this facility.

Everything was very relaxing

Very, very clean and comfy.

Bedroom bed had stains on the sheets, flat sheet and the cover comfort tried calling front desk many times no one would ever answer only found someone to come and change our sheets out. They said they would and then they came. I only had to go to Walmart and buy our own sheets. Hardly no hot water to take a shower with for both nights ever ever will stay at the hotel again.

The room was nice and comfortable. I called ahead of time and asked if that indoor pool was heated and he said yes. I told him that last place I stayed at said there was a heated pool and it was cold and he said again that the pool is heated and warm. So I proceeded to book the room because I really just wanted some pool time and I was very disappointed that it was so cold. I gave it a try, but I was shaking cold.

Breakfast was a little expensive. That is the only negative I have.

Breakfast was fresh every day, service was amazing. It was just a little expensive for what we got.

there was no housekeeping service and the rooms seemed old and tired

The staff was welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints.
