B&B HOTEL Jacksonville Airport – Newly Renovated!

Bed was comfortable but Breakfast was served in a to go box and was cold and stale. Room was loud with TV next door at 7am.

Only complaint would be you have to ask the staff to get ice Room was very clean and setup well

A couple things were different than most hotels I’ve stayed in: 1) Check in required ID from ALL guests, not just the one who booked it. We also only got one room key both times, though I never requested a second one. 2) Breakfast is a separate expense, ~$7 per person if paid the night before. 3) There is no elevator to the second floor, so if stairs are an issue, request a ground floor room. Not necessarily bad things, just good to be aware before booking.

Our travel for work was very much turned into a relaxing stay thanks to the staff and the cleanliness provided at the hotel. They were very accommodating, professional, and informative of anything needed. I will be traveling back here for my work related trips.

I went with my boyfriend for 4 days and it was a great stay I honestly have no complains. The AC was nice and cold and the shower was just so refreshing. I will be back!

Nice and clean room with good air conditioning. Nice and quiet despite close to the airport. Room refresh on the 3rd day, request supplies is easy. Friendly and helpful staff at checkin and throughout the stay of 4 nights. Has 1 stair to go up on the 2nd floor. Will definitely come back to stay there.

My fiancé and I booked this hotel because it was close to Jaxport because we were driving in from New York, a 15 1/2 hour drive. We saw that the hotel was newly renovated. We spoke to the staff we booked the hotel. I called ahead to let them know that we will be a couple hours late getting there because of our long drive from New York to Jacksonville Florida and they said that that was fine. We arrive there around 8:50 PM. The staff was great. He helped us with our bags because there is no elevator upon arriving into the room, we noticed the peculiar smell of peppermint or spearmint after being in the room for about an hour and a half we could not take the smell it was permeating into the hall. I actually had to go and sit on the steps in the stairwell of the hotel. We were told we could not be moved into another room because there was nothing else available that they were completely booked out. I sat in the hallway for over 20 minutes, trying to recoup from the smell of the peppermint that was in the room. We don’t know if it was a cleaning product or coming from the air-conditioning, We actually had to leave the hotel within two hours of our arrival and had to find another hotel to go to, just so we could go to sleep before boarding our cruise the next morning. The night manager, Henry tried to be accommodating to put us in a suite, but by that time the smell was so ingrained in our nasal cavities that I couldn’t tell if the smell was in the 2nd room, so we left @ 11:22 pm

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is nice and clean. Price is affordable.
