Residence Inn by Marriott Jacksonville Airport

Tv didn’t work,kitchen sink leaked onto the floor but cabinet was screwed shut, no ice machine, smell was horrible like old mold, front desk rude. Just felt like they shouldn’t be flying a Marriott flag very unMarriott like worst one I’ve ever stayed at won’t return

Airport shuttle was nice. Calling down for extra towels the next day took forever. The shower definitely has pink mold going on - we don’t fault them too much because it must be difficult because it’s so humid in Jacksonville. Guest laundry services was down.

Very commandating

This location is in desperate need of a renovation!! We had to change rooms 3 times! The first room had a terrible leak in one of the bathrooms that ran into the living area over night so the floor was soaked in the morning. The next room had NO working air and was hot (78 degrees), & finally the last room was decent but it just looks old needs to be updated. I will say that the housekeepers & the maintenance guy were all very nice and seemed to be doing what they could. The location is convenient since it’s so close to the airport and they have shuttle service to the airport. Otherwise, stay at your own risk!

We arrived later in the afternoon and had to head to the airport early in the morning but our brief stay was very comfortable.

Very pleased with my stay

I couldn’t make this trip due to a family emergency. The hotel has the authority to either refund my money or let me move my travel dates. They refused to do both so now I am out of $1000 for a trip I never took. Just greedy corporate America. I will never stay here when I do come!

The assistant manager how I was treated by the assistant manager she went in my room while I was gone to put a sorry card and chips and water she was in accommodating and insensitive

So nice to have a suite with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Reasonable price too

Love the out door pool. But not happy they couldn't clean up the rooms when we requested.
