Excellent would come back

Staff was so helpful and kind with any and all accommodations. I ended up arriving early and they didn't bat an eye in letting us check in a little early and utilize their pool! We will absolutely be staying again!

I will come back to stay at this Hotel the stuff was very nice and clean rooms good location as well!!

Great place to stay!!

The room was spacious and I did not find a single hair or smudge of dirt anywhere. There were also no bugs anywhere which I know is difficult for Florida. Very good room for a very good price

We arrived at 12am due to our plane! But when checking in, the staff told us that someone named George accidentally checked someone in under my name…😀 so we had to stay in another room. But they gave us free pizza from That little section and water so I guess a plus? And I wouldn’t stay here more than a day! The place looked old and run down. THANK GOD it was only for one night

Location, location, location. Near everything. I alwsys stsy here when I cruise from Jacksonville. Rooms are large and extremely clean.

And a side note, but a definite requirement USE THE SHOWER MAT!!! That tub is soo slippery, can’t stress this enough.

Nice place to stay. Bed was not very comfortable.

How big and roomy Have to pay for breakfast

Proximity to the airport Breakfast was not continental and they also take a $75 deposit !

Not so good stuff: I was excited to use the hot tub, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days so I decided against it. What really triggered this mediocre review was the bed. Not good. Not comfortable and no support at all. It felt nothing like a plush Hilton experience I’ve had in the past.

Pool and hot tub were great! Had them all to ourselves! Comfortable beds. Shower products provided was a plus We didn't have to get ours out. Good location for cruising. That breakfast was a charge. We just got breakfast elsewhere if we have to pay. The pool hours could be longer, closed at 8 most hotels are open thru 10.

The staff was extremely professional, rooms were clean and comfy, pool was nice and relaxing

The property is worn down and nothing on the website indicates the age of the hotel. The sink was also not cleaned when we arrived.

Water was tuned off for half the day

Good location for cruise port. No free breakfast. Saw the prices and just decided if we have to pay that much might as well stop at waffle

We normally stay at the one in Palm Coast which we love. Not the same atmosphere or staff. Some that checked in received bottles of water. I did not. Bed and pillows not comfortable at all! Did not eat here.

We enjoyed this hotel and our stay.
