Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Airport

First off nothing says you have to pay to park on hotel property. A $10 charge to park in an open lot at a hotel you are staying at is ridiculous. Staff was helpful in informing of all the upcharges as in parking fee and no breakfast unless you want to pay. The room was nice and clean but the beds were noisy and not comfortable at all. Went to take a swim the morning before leaving and the pool was closed "just because ".

George at the front desk was amazing!!!!

Easy check in, gave us a real nice room. No problems was quite until someone closed their door that was very loud they must’ve just let it slam shut it just seemed to happen often.

The check in process went very smoothly! We enjoyed the stay.

Had a pleasant stay clean and great staff very helpful

No breakfast left early Coffee maker could have worked and the blinds were broken in the room, couldn't block out the street lights

Staff at check in was great. Made me feel welcomed immediately. Very helpful and quick with the guidelines for pets. The recommendations for my dog were such a great touch! The cleanliness was great in th room. Over all a great stay we will be back

The air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly. Didn't matter how cool I would turn it down, eventually it ended up warm in the room, again.
