Ok room for one night stay. They should look at replacing at least the shower curtains. We were disappointed to have a broken curtain in the room and in the bathroom. Not to mention the carpeting inside and out.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were perfect. We did not purchase the food, but it smelled good!

Airport shuttle was available early morning.

The pool and its area was also very clean as well as the dinning area and the rest of the hotel. They offer airport shuttle that leaves every half hour and it’s extremely convenient

Shower water pressure was awesome. Best shower ever on vacation. Pool was warm and front desk gave us dining recommendation when restaurant wasn't open yet and that was great. Definitely will stay again when in Jacksonville

It was fine. Entry door wasn't working when I arrived and breakfast is expensive. However, room was clean.

Transportation to hotel was awesome. Room was nice and clean. Staff very nice

Road closure blocks entrance - fee for parking - $75.00 credit card hold. I suggest selecting a different hotel - this one lacks expected Hilton standards.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in! Lobby was beautiful and so clean. Staff at the front desk were kind and helpful at check in and check out. My room was beautiful and clean! I will stay here again if needed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. There’s no complementary breakfast but there’s a Dunkin Donut and Waffle House nearby. There’s currently construction going on right in front so lots of noise. The windows are not soundproof at all. The shower is extremely slippery; use the provided mat. Next time I will opt to choose a hotel with complimentary breakfast for easier logistics.

Staff was so helpful and kind with any and all accommodations. I ended up arriving early and they didn't bat an eye in letting us check in a little early and utilize their pool! We will absolutely be staying again!
