Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Airport by IHG

Rooms were clean, staff helpful and breakfast was fantastic.

Good location and the bed was comfortable The breakfast was ok

Exceptional

À notre arrivé aucune chambre à 2 lits de disponible. Une meilleure coordination entre Expedia et l'hôtel serait apprécié. Déception.....

Exceptional

Nice property. Not much parking for a trailer

El baño necesita remodelación y cuando uno solicita un recibo de su factura se lo deben dar y no decir que el printer esta dañado ya que eso no es problema del cliente.

Breakfast was excellent, clean room, clean hotel

I would definitely stay there again and would recommend your great space to everyone. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Disappointing of a Holiday Inn. They had signs up saying they were under renovation but I had to wonder if it was disguise for poor facilities. They had just replaced TVs but left all the empty boxes in the elevator vestibule. . The towels were in poor condition. I would have given a much better review if bedspreads and outside shower curtains were washed daily.

Everything was great and staff was great and welcoming.

location mear airport

It was very clean and smelled great The sofa sleeper could have had a better mattress the springs were almost showing and they didn’t provide cover for the sofa had to ask for them and didn’t have enough rags or towels

Did not eat breakfast, had to leave real early to catch flight.

The breakfast was great and the pool was very nice. Beds were very comfortable

It was a great short stay. Kids had fun in pool. Room was clean and beds comfy. No complaints.

The room was clean. However, the tissue dispenser was empty, the body wash shower dispenser was empty and the room safe was left locked, so I couldn’t use it. We stay at this property 4-5 times a year and it has been gradually going downhill over the last few stays.

The doorknob was broke on our room. We did let the staff know. We smelt weed all through our room and the front desk just sent a cleaning lady with a spray to spray in our room. There was dust piled up by the a/c unit. I let the front desk know as well. The room was clean other than this.

The hotel is very close to the airport and tyey provide a shuttle bus.The rooms and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff was friendly especially "karen Gm"

Room was clean but it had a moldy mildew smell. Everything was great.
