The breakfast was horrible, fruit flys were inside the container that housed the bread and muffins

The bed was comfortable. A/C worked good. The hotel provided a shuttle pick up from the airport. We assumed we could also take the shuttle back to the airport, but this was not the case. We had to get an Uber to get back to the airport.

Really bizarre charging practices. Prepaid for my room, then upon checking in had a hold for the full price of the room placed on my card. Tried to explain it to staff who looked at me like I had 3 heads. That hold turned into a charge for $50 which is what the hold was supposed to be, which was returned a couple of days later. Room was fine, location is hard to get to depending on direction of travel.

Clean and spacious Location

The rooms are clean, the beds are new and sleep well. The rooms are quite and the AC cools quietly. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly Coffee was fresh breakfast is typical grab and go.

To sleep, it's great... Not a lot at the property to help with the stay. No vending machines, no phone in the room and no bible in the room either. Staff was accommodating for shuttle to airport. Continental breakfast not available until after 6am.

It was okay. Everything went smoothly for me. Room was very clean.

Stayed here two weeks ago and everything was great and gave it a good review. This time it wasn't even close. Constantly saw roaches running every time I turned on the lights.

There was nothing to complain about. Service was great and the room were comfortable

The door had huge cracks in it. The chain to the door had been ripped out of the wall and barely hanging in. Told them needed a ground floor 3 days before we came was told one would be available. When arriving was told we were in second floor which could not be possible. Went to leave and the gentleman was like oh I sorry I do you have your room
