Tru by Hilton Jacksonville Airport I-95

This was an absolutely amazing hotel! The lobby is beautiful & looks recently updated. The room was very nice! Bathroom was much fancier looking than a lot of hotels we have stayed at. The highlight inside the room was the black out curtains that actually blacked out the room & the cold ac! The smart tv was a great touch too! The breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, pancakes (via machine), yogurt, cereal, grits & a variety of bread and fruit. We will definitely be back our next trip to Jacksonville! The only comment I will give to anyone still reading this, bring your own pillow! Both provided (2 small & 2 large on our king size bed) were very flat. The smaller one was a bit firmer and the bigger one was a decent snuggle pillow lol. But that was literally our only complaint! & that is one we are willing to deal with!!

Been here last three years coming into and out of the states on vacation . Outstanding hotel with great gym, pool, breakfast and extra amenities to entertain . Staff helpful , cleanliness excellent and rooms and decor very modern which I like.

The entire stay was aesthetically pleasing and I felt extremely safe the entire time as a solo traveler. It was in a very convenient area. Near very decent restaurants and the staff was very friendly. AC units were perfect and parking area was good.

All was perfect. The only negative point is we hearded slamming door (Room+Exit) until 10pm. That was very noisy.

The room floor could have been cleaner, but it was ok for a quick overnight stay.

Had a quick stay overnight. It was close to the airport and had a timely shuttle ride the next day.

I always love coming to this hotel before a cruise. Its clean and the staff is always friendly.

Room was clean except what looked to be pubic hairs in the bed & a big indention in the bed. Made an uncomfortable sleeping position. Batteries were dying in the remote. Overall 3.8/5

Room was clean and comfortable enough as expected, could have used another chair. Breakfast at Tru is pretty bad - nothing healthy except a bowl of unripe bananas and some apples. Egg omelettes were hard, dried out and not at all good. The yogurt came from a machine that said, “real cane sugar and vanilla”, we much prefer real plain yogurt, ripe fruit. Really we didn’t go there for breakfast, but it would have been nice. The coffee, on the other hand, was very good.

This has been one of the best experiences I had. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and professional.

The rooms were very clean, quiet, and the beds were relaxing. Love staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly as always and the convenience of food places around was helpful. Recommend staying here.

The property was well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

My main complaint is the shower being too slippery. There was a grab bar, but I almost fell a few times.
