Comfort Suites Jacksonville Airport

Breakfast was not good...cold and lack of options

Great customer service

Location. Outdated. Hot. Dosent smell great.

It was perfect for my stay

for the price i was not expecting much. But to my surprise I had a beautiful room that was like a suit. clean and spacious. super comfortable bed. staff was amazing. the breakfast offered a variety and i couldnt have been more pleased with my stay

The breakfast was good, the staff was fine. Air conditioning worked well. Room was clean, just a little dated.

Everything was good, no complaints

Love the coffee ?

The room was clean, but had a musty smell when you entered. The bathroom and entrance floor had been upgraded, the the furniture was old. The bed uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent

The room had a smell but over over it was ok

Absolutely horrible and gross...very dissatisfied

We stayed 2 more nights and very comfortable!

We stayed a week in our suite to visit family nearby. Safe area. Close shopping and dining. Room was clean and quiet. Hardly heard any outside planes or other noise. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and AC was cold. Staff were very pleasant and helpful when we needed a change in towels. Pool needed cleaned when we first arrived, so after a day it got cleaned, but way too much chlorine. Breakfast was good. Real fried eggs. Overall it was a great stay!

The rain 4

Good

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly & contention. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was decent

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were remodeled and very clean compared to the last time I stayed there three years ago. I was very impressed with the renovation. I will definitely stay here again.

Polite helpful staff…

It took over 45 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport. Our door was missing the metal plate that the door locks into, this made us feel very unsafe.other portions of the door was broken. Sheets had holes in them. Something that looked liked boogers all over the bathroom wall. Lamp shades and walls dirty. Lobby carpets were filthy. Elevator equipment door was propped open with a wet floor sign and the elevator shook and made awful noises. Staff was nice.
