The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were remodeled and very clean compared to the last time I stayed there three years ago. I was very impressed with the renovation. I will definitely stay here again.

Polite helpful staff…

It took over 45 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport. Our door was missing the metal plate that the door locks into, this made us feel very unsafe.other portions of the door was broken. Sheets had holes in them. Something that looked liked boogers all over the bathroom wall. Lamp shades and walls dirty. Lobby carpets were filthy. Elevator equipment door was propped open with a wet floor sign and the elevator shook and made awful noises. Staff was nice.

Everything was good except for the fact our room wasn’t ready when we came to check in at 4 o’clock and towers weren’t left

This property has a dingy appearance that follows throughout the property. The rooms are not up-to-date. The towels are very old and discolored. The front desk night staff is rude. I would not stay at this place again.

I was amazed of the size of the room. It was really spacious. Staff was helpful for whatever I needed. The check in process was fast and easy. For a quick weekend stay I would stay again.

The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of stains on the sofa bed and mattress so we did not use it. The breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy in addition to the standard breakfast items.
