We stayed for one night before our Carnival Cruise. Great location to the terminal. Very reasonable price even with the paid onsite parking. Plenty of shopping and food around if needed. The internet was out do to a lightning strike but made the best with what was available. Breakfast was ok for what is was and the crowd from a busy cruise morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again next time in Jacksonville.

The room was pretty nice, but the shampoo dispenser was empty, and it was very noisy. We arrived after 11pm and there were kids running around the room/halls next door and a blasting TV until after midnight. Not very soundproofed rooms.

Spacious suites and great amenities. Fresh and clean rooms. Excellent customer service. Great breakfast options, not greasy or salty for health conscious customers. Will definitely come again in the future!

The TV only had one channel and they didn't have any Wi-Fi no internet anywhere so I couldn't watch TV really

Property was clean, staff were very helpful, check in was quick and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean the bathroom was ok the staff was very helpful and kind the breakfast is good I like it the only issue I found is the lnternet don’t work in the tv’s and you have to pay for the parking $10 per night but beside that I like it great hotel.!

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, the only that I didn’t like was having to pay for parking at a hotel that I had already paid for a room.

Rooms were nice. WiFi didn’t work during our stay they also charge for parking which was new to me. Nice place to stay for weekend but not more than three days.

Kids loved pool

So-go didn’t work at all for 3 days, even on the room tv which didn’t even connect. Room above me walked heavy or else let their toddler run rampant back and forth with heavy feet late into the night and started again at crack of dawn. Front desk did nothing but promises and excused.

Amazing stay! I enjoyed it, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very courteous as well.
