Breakfast Staff

The property is lovely; however, the noise from your neighbors can be heard. Like I am not sure what my upstairs neighbors were doing, but it was noisy, and it was late. Breakfast is ok, many selections.

Despite a few problems that occurred (that were not the fault of the hotel) the staff was friendly and quick to help get the situation handled

What a great hotel this was. Everything was perfect. Availability of washer and dryer right next to the gym where you could do a workout and also complete the cleaning of clothes. Awesome breakfast! The choices were amazing and the food was just great. Best stay of anywhere on the trip

Everything was good except that you have to pay $13 for parking and also the bathroom door doesn't lock is a barn door, if you are alone is ok but is not good for a family or 6 people room.

Staff was awesome!!! With us flying in with a 6 year old we had a time getting to a place to eat. The hotel provided us with airport pick up, took us to a restaurant, shopping and picked us up. The staff was so nice. We walked for lunch not knowing the service they provided and recognized us, stopped and picked us up. Let’s just say the 6 year old was happy. Breakfast was also great!! I will definitely use this hotel again in the future. Thank you!!

Friendly staff, room was clean upon arrival. Kitchenette super convenient.. loved the bfast because you were able to make your own waffle

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the airport shuttle. Unfortunately, we had to wait for almost an hour for the shuttle so it would have been better to just get an Uber. The sidewalks around the hotel’s neighborhood are overgrown and hard to negotiate to get to restaurants. This is not the hotel’s fault. Other properties need to trim etc. The hotel was clean. The front desk clerk made check in easy and a positive experience.

This is the only hotel I stay in when coming to Jacksonville. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are great.

Paid parking. Everything else pretty decent. Love the gym and pool areas.

Bed was comfortable Hair in shower. Toliet inside was not cleaned. Hair on towels. Smell in room

The second morning the buffet was a hot mess. The waffle machine area had four to five used batter cups left on the counter and batter spread everywhere. The hot protein items were nearly empty with eggs pieces on the counter. We decided not to eat there the second morning. The breakfast area definitely was not maintained nor managed well.
