Room was okay. Needed some touch up paint and bathroom ceiling needed some attention, mold and paint chipping.

The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and clean through out. Easy access to Airport and interstate.

Thank you!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Could be a little clearer around the elevator floor. I will be back.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the room but the helpful team member at the front desk gave me some. Sorry to say that I haven't had their breakfast as I stay there when I have an early flight out of JAX and use their free shuttle service.

Unorganized, unprofessional

The room smell like smoke moldy had a damp feeling about it. Hall way and back entrance was nasty looking. I would never recommend that place to anyone and definitely wouldn’t stay there again

Great location and the outside looked great. When we checked in was told that the elevator was broken. My husband is disabled and there were no rooms available on the 1st floor. He had difficulties climbing the stairs. When we got to the room there was a strong musty moldy smell. I’m assuming it was coming from the leak that was under the sink in the bathroom. When we reported it they did send someone right away to repair it. The coffee maker did not work and my husband is an all day coffee drinker. My children thought the waffles was horrible but all in all our fourth of July trip was fun thanks to family.

Breakfast choices were ok. Fitness equipment needed repair. other wise good night sleep.

Elevator did not work. I was told that it would be fixed the next day but that didn’t happen. Key card didn’t work properly. Front desk lady finally changed it on the last day. There was a stain on the carpet when you walk in the room and the wall next to the bed was stained. Everything else was clean. House keeping crew was nice and made sure I had everything I needed for the room. Good customer service. I think the hotel needs renovation and maintenance more often

Not very clean, sheets/towels had stains. The sheets weren’t changed during our multi-day stay either

Love the large king beds breakfast could be better I like scrambled eggs and bacon some times
-
The pond was filthy. I felt bad for the turtles

The desk clerk was unable to program the television. I had to endure the first night of my stay without the television. The clerk the next morning came to program the television so I could watch the television for the remainder of my stay.

I've stayed here a couple of times because the price is good, and there are some good things about it (comfortable bed, generally clean), but I'm writing a review to help me remember why I probably won't want to stay here again. When I first walked into my room, there was a toenail was on the floor... I'm not super picky because I know it's a budget hotel, but a toenail should have been picked up by any type of vacuum). The Wifi is super slow, and sometimes dropped completely. I had to keep signing in to get re-connected. Finally the sink doesn't drain well. I don't know if I got the exact same room with the exact same problem, but both times I've stayed here, the sink didn't drain well. Water just sits for a while but eventually drains out.
