Sleep Inn Jacksonville Airport

The shower was horrible. The water pressure was very bad. The tub fixture that controls the water that goes to the tub or shower was broken and ran both water to fill up tub and shower at same time as well as spraying around the fixture

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful — check‑in was smooth, and they quickly replaced the dead batteries in my TV remote. However, the smell of marijuana throughout the facility was hard to ignore. Even though there was no direct threat, the pervasive odor made the environment feel less safe and left me a bit on edge. Overall, the service was solid, but the atmosphere needs improvement.

The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The room was vey clean. We travel a lot and I would recommend this Sleep Inn very much. We enjoyed the peace and quite stay.

The bathroom tiles is peeling up and bathtub has brown stains in it, the toilet has brown stains also, the room has a old odor smell, there wasn't a lot to choose from for breakfast, the staff was very friendly also the exit doors doesn't lock after you close them in the day or night not safe!!!!

Another room assigned after I asked to be moved had toilet handle that I had to fix the chain every time flushing it so that’s annoying and something I didn’t want to do while on short business trip

The bed sheets were never changed; they just tidied up and emptied the trash—zero cleanliness. Maintenance was a serious issue: the room had damp walls, and the bathtub had mold and grime; the room smelled musty. The hallway carpets were black—they had never been cleaned or replaced—and there was gum on the elevator floors... and this is just a fraction of what we observed at the hotel.

The bed was really comfortable. I don’t know what they serve for breakfast because I left before to catch an early flight.

Great hotel room and staff!

I had to get a second room because my first one has mold in the bath tub. I do not recommend this hotel.

It's not horrific but a poor choice given the other options near the airport for the same price. Staff acted like I was an inconvenience when she couldn't find my reservation. I basically said, sorry, I paid, so I did my part. Small room, not very well equipped, uncomfortable bed and needed maintenance. Definitely better to choose another hotel near the airport.

When I arrived at the airport, I couldn't find the Sleep Inn hotel shuttle..

Great location the hotel was very clean and the small breakfast was very good. overall the hotel was great. I will be back at the Sleep Inn in Jacksonville. Walmart, Chili's , Texas Roadhouse all these great resturants are all 5 minutes away in the Rivercity Plaza. This is a great spot to chill at, No complaints at all.

Close to airport, clean , check in was easy, front desk clerk very nice, it was just a quick overnight for early am flight. Would recommend .

This was my third time staying. First 2 were for early morning flights. I left before breakfast so I don’t know what they serve. I stayed last night because late night return flight, several time zones and a 1 1/2 hour drive home. I missed breakfast this morning.

Close to Jaxport There was a musty smell walking into the hotel as well as in my room. I thought I booked a handicap accessible room. The bed was too high for my husband to get into with his bad knees.
