This hotel is just outside Jacksonville airport on Duvall Road. They offer parking on site for a duration of your trip(for a fee) as well as shuttle service too and from the airport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was perfect for my early morning flight the next day I would use Hyatt place again.

Very friendly, courteous staff. Clean room with daily servicing/ cleaning. Fresh towels and washcloths put in the room daily. Highly recommend! Loved everything

Really large lobby and bar area right up front. Large mixed space for breakfast. Breakfast offered many options to choose; yogurt and fruit, eggs, sausage, French toast, cereal and bread options. Staff was very helpful and upbeat. Really nice, large room but bathroom was very small.

It was my first time staying at the Hyatt ever. Check in was easy. Clean, comfy, nice staff, and in a great location near many shopping areas.

The hotel was great, staff was great, and great location. Our only complaint is that the hallway was very loud all night. The hotel staff tried to keep it quiet, but I think because it is an airport hotel, there are just people in and out alot, and unfortualtely, the people there when we were there were not worried about waking up their neighbors.

We appreciated the promptness of the staff in moving us to another room when our air conditioner wasn’t working. There was also a small wet area on the carpet, so we were grateful for how quickly the issue was addressed. Thank you for the excellent customer service
