Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport

The room was great but could use better customer service at the front desk.

Superb

breakfast was very good! Room was clean but needs updating . Hotel was old and could use some modernizing. They didn't give me a receipt, they said Bookings.com would send it. I haven't recieved it yet.

Very good

The staff tries to be helpful, but often they didn't have basic knowledge to be of help. Breakfast was fine, except for weak coffee, but ordering food at other hours was a little of a problem. The AC is right next to the bed.

Exceptional

rooms were clean

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend.

Everything was great..great customer service thank you all

Great place to stay. Highly recommend

Best

Tried to make hot chocolate with the coffee machine in my room, After running it with water 4 times the machine was putting out hot water which was good but in the cup of hot water were chunks of something black!! No microwave in the room.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds

Breakfast and great wings at the bar.

Clean hotel, great staff

Room Floors & exterior hallways smelled fresh due to the clean carpet! Insufficient electronics charging ports by the bed.

Very good

Superb

Great stay

Location was great. Breakfast was nice. Front desk staff was very congenial The shuttle driver, was not very professional. He did not assist with doors or offer a stool to help a woman climb in and out. My husband grabbed the stool out of the front seat for the woman. He talked on his phone the whole time he was driving. When we had difficulty closing the sliding door, he told us to get out and close it from the outside. Wasn’t that his job?
