The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and wonderful. Our breakfast was OK.

Had flight issues and tried to apply my paid amount to change to the next day and they were completely unwilling to work with me even though they'd get more of my money and had rooms available. Chose to sleep in airport instead of give them more money.

Our flight arrived so late that the airport shuttle had stopped running, but the hotel clerk was very helpful in getting us a ride over to the hotel and also very helpful when we finally arrived. Great customer service.

I loved everything about the property and room. The only thing I wish I had known about was the construction/renovation that's going on. I am sure the place will look even better once it is completed.

This hotel is a great resting place or a longer stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. They accommodated us from the moment we walked into the door. We arrived at 3:30 am and drove from Chicago to this great hotel. Definitely worth the stay and I would definitely come back again.

Light bulb out over night stand above the beds ,water left in iron,tissue paper left in door peephole possibly from the previous guests,

Staffs are nice. Pool is not very clean. Too many leaves. There are plenty of towels you can use after swimming. Room is great. Very comfy and big. Lobby is beautiful. Gym is okay.
