The staff was very friendly and helpful but due to some renovations and perhaps change in ownership seemed the property was undergoing some messy changes. The room was clean but had a smell and felt a little outdated. The elevator was under repair.

they were not very prepared to handle the conference group. under staff (one person at the desk even though others walked through and never stopped to help, meals need work, service during the conference was not given.

When we got to the hotel they did NOT have the two rooms ordered, and PAID for.

Everything was excellent other than one item. They were only three lamps in the room and one of them didn’t work properly. So it was kind of dim at night.

Overall, it was a quiet place to stay and the staff was good.

2 roaches, squashed bug on wall, mattresses had no encasements and one had mattress sliced open on the side. Refrigerator did not get cold.
