short restful stay, will do it again!

Hotel was being remodeled so was very dingy and unclean. Room was just ok, could have been cleaner. Be skirts had stains on them an bathroom was moderately clean.

Modern and clean, conveniently close to airport, shuttle available. In the evening Front desk staff was hard to get a hold of. The phone rang for minutes. I tried to make a reservation for the shuttle next morning, but staff member messed it up. Fortunately the person on staff in the morning caught it and got me onto the shuttle. Also: the key card promises Free WiFi, but the system then forces you to sign up for the Hilton loyalty program in order to access it, grabbing your data and flooding you with emails. Despicable.

The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and very convenient to restaurants.

The Hampton Inn was very convenient for our stay. Close to JAX Airport. The free shuttle was quick. There are restaurants within walking distance. The free breakfast offered a good selection of food, coffee and tea.

No microwave in room. No blanket on beds. Used fitted sheet as top sheet.

Everything was terrible the hot water was out when I arrived. The elevator was so dusty and not appealing. I contacted Ava to get compensated for the mess I arrived to she has yet to contact me. That hotel is like a jail. Nothing like what is advertised.

Rooms were old and my carpet was sticky and my floors were sticky and staff wasn’t too concerned about it

Could not check in early without a $50 fee. Hotel is decent but is aging and you can see it. I will probably avoid it in the future.

Hotel said a programmed water outage staring at 12am however at 11 pm no water. Could not shower

The staff and breakfast was very good. Twice we called for assistance and they was truly professional and helpful. The food was fresh and hot.

They charged me to park in an open parking lot even though I had a valid handicapped permit. Water came out in sink tan. Breakfast was below par.

The Room was very nice, convenient to the Airport. We had to book at the last minute from a Canceled Flight, it was a nice surprise. -Mike G

Very clean, great location for airport and cruise terminal access. Front staff was very unfriendly, did not use my husband’s honor member number after trying to tell her twice. Then she became very short with us about it.
