Conveniently located near the JAX airport Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. My family of four did not get much sleep at all for this reason.

I have stay here many time over the years at this hotel. It is feeling very used and not updated. The bed was very uncomfortable the mattress felt like the edge was broken so had to stay way from it or would roll off. The bathroom was not very clean and only had two towels no washcloths. I was definitely disappointed and will not stay here again, this has been our go to hotel when having a early flight.

The woman at check in was distracted and not helpful. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work correctly. The room smelled musty. The refrigerator was hot. The walls were so thin that we could hear the people next door.
