This stay was very convenient to the airport and multiple restaurants. The place was clean and we had no issues with our room or the complimentary breakfast. The front desk attendant at check in was fine. Not overly friendly but answered questions I asked. The front desk attendant in the morning was more personable and friendly. Overall it was all good.

Room was suppose to have a microwave as stated when i booked, and didn't, extremely difficult as we had a 6 year old and a 1 year old and a microwave would have been conveinient in the room...stuck us in a handicap room (wasn't needed)...not happy 😒...

Staff was very nice. Property itself is run down. My room none of the outlets work to charge my phone. Clock didn’t work either . Restroom very worn and some stuff work poorly and held on by clamps in the shower. What’s worst was my bed sheet had stains .

This was the perfect spot! Came into jax on a midnight flight and needed a place to sleep for the night. The lady at the front desk was SO nice and accommodating, plus the room was very clean and comfy! Highly recommend staying here and definitely will again the next time I fly in and out of Jax! :)

This hotel is showing its age which makes it appear dirty. Matresses should be changed out.

The room had a musty smell. Notified front desk.. gave us another room. Very pleasant staff.

I am 56 years old and traveled most of my adult life. I have two children, 9 and 7, and my wife who is 50. We drove 12.5 hours from Richmond to Jacksonville, just to stay overnight and on to Tampa. We arrived and I was assigned the wrong room we had 5 people, which I booked for, and they gave me a room for 4. I was told I would have to pay a 50 dollar upcharge. I discussed with the front desk person that I had booked a room for 5, and she told me the code was wrong and it was Expedia's fault. I told her I was not happy, never raised my voice, never swore in front of my children, as soon as I challenged her on the room she told me I didn't have to stay there, in fact, I could not stay there and cancelled my room and told me ( which she didn't since I waited 30 minutes in the lobby ) she called the police.... THE POLICE...to have me and my family escorted off of the premise. Called customer service with Hilton right there and then, they did NOTHING to correct the situation. Since I was near the airport went next door at 12:30 in the morning and got a room at the Springfield Inn, very pleasant, no issues. I have NEVER in my life been treated the way I was treated, along with my family. I will NEVER stay at the Hampton Inn or any Hilton property again, and I am a Hilton Rewards member. I will also let everyone I know how horrible they are. By the way, the whole conversation between me and the fornt desk was 3 minutes.
