Excellent comfortable comfortable accomodations

no smoking room stunk like smoke. told Mgr and he sprayed bathroom air freshener( useless). then someone was smoking outside my room and a/c unit pulled the smoke in. won't be back

Everything is bad and very noisy

I stayed at this hotel in Jacksonville, and while the room was clean, overall it was a disappointing experience. Both TVs were broken, and when I mentioned it, staff didn’t seem to care. The breakfast was very basic, and the room lacked essential amenities. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and they did provide a convenient ride to the airport. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again unless some major improvements were made.

There was some sort of stain in the corner, and a dead roach visibly on the floor. disgusting place. I guess they call them "roach motels" for a reason
