The value was hard to beat. No free breakfast but did have complementary coffee.

The rooms and property was always clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

Really good location

Property was decent, only stayed 1 night. The issue I had was the room stayed 79 degrees all night so of course we didn’t sleep well because it was hot. We checked out three hours early because of that. Probably won’t book again, and due to me booking on Expedia they couldn’t do anything about it. The front desk clerk did send maintenance to look at it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, refreshing. Especially liked the decor of water: waves artwork.. very calming and inviting relaxed vibe to the room. Our family enjoyed the clean pool. We had a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay in a Delta hotel again. Thank you.

Poor service and ignored our requests for towels and water. The sink doesn’t drain and no action was taken to fix though requested several times.

Housekeeping was the worst. I believe every guest I encountered complained about the housekeeping service. You had to constantly ask about getting your room cleaned and fresh towels. Mind you I stayed there for a week. The air didn't work properly during the day. The hotel has one tiny microwave for the entire hotel to warm up food. The stay could has been better. But the look of the hotel wasn't bad at all though. It looked great.

The location was excellent, with a Dave & Buster’s just a short walk away, which was a nice bonus. Before my stay, I had read some reviews mentioning a lack of hot water, but that was not my experience at all. We had hot water throughout our stay without any issues. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

Clean, nice restaurant with good food. Pool was so nice and clean towels. I really only had one complaint and that is if you rent a room there you should NOT be charged and extra 10.00 to park your car while you there. It's not that much but should be included. Also if your reservation includes the breakfast keep proof on phone I had to prove mine did. Other than that was pleased with it.

Room and elevators were very hot

Let’s just say I got a refund for one night because of their plumbing I had to walk to downstairs lobby every time I had to use the bathroom and there’s a weird sewer toilet like smell in the halls and elevator

The rooms are not sound proof. At night you were able to hear conversation in the hallway and the foot traffic near the elevator.

For the price and location, each room should have its own microwave. Currently, there is only One Small microwave in the lobby, which is used by all guests. Also, there is no continental breakfast. The purchased breakfast has a limited menu with only a few options.
