Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jacksonville - South by IHG

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast options were plentiful, the staff was very kind and accommodating. At night it was quiet and we were able to sleep very well.

This hotel is the best in the area for its convenient location, clean room amenities and friendly staff. This is one of the few hotels in my 25+ years of experience traveling around the country that has it entrance door locked at night for patron's safety. Patrons can scan their room cards to gain entrance though. I'll definitely stay here again if I travel near the area in the future.

A very nice stay.

Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Slow check in. Thin hotel doors. We heard all the people talking by the elevator and the elevator dinging.

It was also very quiet, which is quite unusual!

The room was spacious & clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but not too bad. Beds were comfortable.

Everybody was welcoming it was a pleasant atmosphere Get rid of the stray cats

I love the fact that the people are very nice and check in was easy. The room was very clean and spacious for me and my family. The breakfast was pretty good and everything was clean.

Staff was amazing! The desk clerk was fantastic! She made the check in simple and fast- this was by far the best stay. My husband was scheduled the following morning for a procedure at the hospital, she made the check in and check out effortless. It was also raining and when we went to get and out bag and came back in the lobby we were soaked. She gave us both a hand towels to dry with . This was the best hotel experience ever!

Everything, the location was good, staff was friendly, the bed was so comfortable, loved the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. Also the breakfast was good, nice selection of food, what I liked the most was the coffee machine! Definitely a plus for me! Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
