The breakfast was very balanced and fresh.

Beds comfortable. Rug was sticky. Close to lots to do.

The hotel staff was super friendly across the board during our entire stay. We enjoyed breakfast. The room was spacious. The location was convenient to a major highway.

I only stayed for a night and had two rooms but the rooms were spacious. The air worked good, tv was a nice size, bed was comfortable for a night, the pool was perfect and so clean, the breakfast had a good verity, and I even got to check in early. It was almost perfect minus a nasty towel in one of the rooms. I’d definitely stay again!

The breakfast was amazing, super fresh! They have vegetarian options as well(veggie Omelets)

The smell of mold was unpleasant and the breakfast was not good either.

I called Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville, and from the moment the front desk associate answered the phone, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. When we arrived, she welcomed us with a smile, quickly found us a room despite the holiday weekend, and even provided extra sheets so we could finally get settled and get some much-needed rest. The difference in our experience was night and day. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every morning, breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options for my family. Housekeeping made sure we had more than enough towels each day without us having to ask, which was a small gesture that made a big difference. What started as one of the worst vacations because of our original lodging turned into a much better experience thanks to Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville and the outstanding front desk rep. After such a stressful day, they gave my family peace in the middle of the chaos. My kids are still talking about how much they enjoyed our stay. I will never stay here again! After waiting for 45 minutes to check, I was issued my room card. Once I got to my room using my key card, opened the door- there was a gentleman in bed! The front desk issued my room number using the person that checked in before me. And then I find out I was charged for my stay by Expedia and then the hotel!!

Just the bathroom lighting All but the bathroom lighting. Wifi was EXTREMELY slow that YouTube kept cutting out. HILTON did not have this issue, even with their free WiFi

The location

The property was in a good location though confusing to exit. The staff was kind. The sheets were some of the worst I’ve slept on and not clean so we had to place our own blanket on top to sleep. The bathroom had several bugs and it smelled. The breakfast area was extremely small and unorganized.

Clean room every day! Great breakfast, very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast options were plentiful, the staff was very kind and accommodating. At night it was quiet and we were able to sleep very well.

This hotel is the best in the area for its convenient location, clean room amenities and friendly staff. This is one of the few hotels in my 25+ years of experience traveling around the country that has it entrance door locked at night for patron's safety. Patrons can scan their room cards to gain entrance though. I'll definitely stay here again if I travel near the area in the future.
