The facility is great.: we’re here for work and have extended our stay and decided to stay at Sonesta Suites again Cleanliness

The bathroom and living room was not cleaned prior to me checking in the room. There were woman’s dirty underwear hanging on the door and staff stated they would change our room and did not get back to us. When requesting for towels the staff told us we would have to wash the one’s we had since they were waiting for more towels to come in. Also the laundry room was rusty and dirty.

5 star everything. I woukd 100% stay at this hotel again. 10-10 recommend

Price and location The overall maintenance was poor, house keeping only after two weeks.

I travel for work a lot. This was the worst hotel by far.

Location was good because it was close to Nuvia Dental, there was no breakfast we were made aware of onsite. Room was ok price was high for the room. Check into the room there was no ice because icemaker was not turned on in time. No ice machines either for issues like this. No breakfast was available that we were told about. Had to get a taxi to go buy ice for water and ice pads for after my surgery that day.” On day of checkout no staff was onsite till after 8:00 am.

Shower handle fell off was unable to use the shower. No staff on site to fix it Part of ceiling plaster fell during the first night of stay due to a leak Staff and managers are refusing to address the issues and refund me for the inconvenience during my stay. I have been waiting for a response the last 2 weeks. Would not recommend at all.

Would not recommend. Lady w/ glasses and short hair at desk was best part about the place. She was a ray of sunshine. I do not like writing negative reviews but this is to save others trouble. Bottom line place was dirty, smelled terrible, and the trash was overflowing in the halls Daily! None of the kitchen amenities were clean or working properly. I chose to go purchase extra towels bc we were only allowed 1 towel per person at a time. Cabinets were filthy. I had to clean bathroom floor bc after showering my feet were black from filthy bathroom tiles. I will be posting another review on google with a ton of pictures.

I was woken up by the police this afternoon, who were very apologetic. An hour prior, a belligerent employee named Joe tried to force his way into my room to get me to leave. I told him that it wasn’t my day to check out and locked the door (I had extended my stay for another week two days prior). The police said he was offended by that, so he went downstairs, checked me out himself, and called the police. The police apologized and said that the hotel manager said it was a mistake. I’m in hotels six months out of the year, and this is the only property who has had an issue. Furthermore, the unit comes with a dishwasher and ice machine, neither of which work. I reported this to the front desk, and they said they would send maintenance. They never did.

No towels Not enough silverware No pots Laundry lady cursed at me in Spanish Sad situation and don’t expect more than I paid for.. I WANT A REFUND. Thank you

Never would come back

Hotel needs a serious TLC, old furniture. Dirty bathtub, walls are cracked with grease in the kitchen area. Microwave and dishwasher were dirty when we arrived. Carpet smells like mold.

Horrible experience and will never go back. I could say more but would not want employees to lose jobs over this. The owners need to fix the mess that was created. I have been traveling for work the last 22 years and this is the worst experience I have had.
