Great workers

Excellent staff provide a cheerful welcome and speedy check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable . The location places you near pretty much everything you need from stores, restaurants and the like. There is plenty o parking available.

Only had one elevator working and it was the slowest elevator I’ve ever been on

3 stars because the noise. Door slamming at all hours.

Room was clean, ac was working, bathroom was also clean.. but I would consider replacing the furniture in the room. The reason for my three stars is because there was one elevator that wasn’t working so it took a while to go back and forth to the room, also there is no hot breakfast option. Staff was friendly, checking in and out was smooth. There was no ice machine either, people were making noises almost at all times.

Room was clean. AC worked great. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice to have a bistro/on property also.

Not too far from the beach but only had one elevator. Great price and our microwave had a weird smell. Minus that would definitely stay again but get up earlier to not have to wait 15-20 for the elevator.

Only one elevator was working, and it was slow due to the number of guests needing to use it. The air conditioner in one of our rooms wasn't working well, it was too hot, though we didn't mention it to management because my son said he was fine. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall it was a good stay and I wouldn't mind returning.

Everything was good except the pool area needed some work. No true big complaints though. Staff was great

This place was disgusting smelt like mildew

The person I initially made contact with over the phone, was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help with confirming my reservations advising me that she was busy so I had to wait which I didn’t mind. Once we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we walked to our rooms and the hallway smelled like bleach as if it was clean. The room did not have the same scent. You could physically see the molding around the outside bottom of the tub and the toilets were dirty. There was also a roach on the tub. Had a hard time trying to flush it. The next day we spoke with the front desk requesting a Do Not Disturb sign and was advised they were currently out and on back order but don’t worry housekeeping won’t come in as they only housekeep every 3 days. How crazy is that. That night we heard a big disturbance from a gentleman who also had a room and advised that there were roaches in the food that he had just bought. He was very upset as anyone should be. Overall the only good thing I could say is that it was convenient location wise but if you don’t have to I wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel had roaches! I have never experienced something like that

Was not clean, had an awful odor on all floors, only once machine working was in the 5th floor and pool was locked and he after opening time.
