Better breakfast would be ideal. But its comparable to other hotels.

The shower walls were molded, The bathroom had a smell and the towels and wash cloths were dingy and dirty, There's no housekeeping everyday. And the one's that are were rude and they need to know the alot of people speak and understand spanish before they talk about the quest.

Room was initially clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but small. Only 1 elevator was working so working elevator was slow. Staff made us aware at check in. Woke up to mysterious wet floor.
-

We will be staying here again. The staff was wonderful and the amenities were great. The lady at the front desk put us in a handicap first floor room, which was perfect, and it had a shower chair for my mother to use. The extra coffee and the creamer were awesome and really needed for the 2 long days we were there. This hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Mayo Clinic. Not a bad little drive.

I enjoyed my stay. A convenient location with a helpful staff. I would stay again without hesitation.
-
Room was clean & big enough for the two of us . The bathroom was small & lacked places to put towels or toiletries.
-
The phone to call front desk didn’t work properly (you can hear them but they couldn’t hear you) the bed sheets had a small stain in the corner that I didn’t like, out of the 2 elevators only one was functional, the other was damage…

Pros: warm shower was good and the bed was comfortable. Though we didn’t use it pool looked like in good condition. Location is right off I-95, so easy access. Cons: the bathroom was not fully clean when we walked in. It was fine but just not the cleanest. (Had a hand print) and the shower faucet-handle looked like it was broken so it was difficult to maneuver . Walls seemed thin - neighbors were a bit loud at night (not hotels fault). One elevator was down. Overall, just need a bit more TLC. Not bad for the affordability and quick stay.

Great comfortable stay with affordable prices

1. I was told that tap to pay was not available even though it was used with a physical card. 2. I did see a roach in the bathroom. But other than that I had a great time.

There was 4 of us in our family staying. After 12 hours of traveling we were excited to get to our room and relax and take showers and rest for the night. However we did not have any wash clothes in our room. Husband went down to front desk and they had zero to give us. Checked back in the next morning one with front desk to se rid they had any and they still did not have any wash clothes. I was so pissed. What a joke! Will speak to Expedia and hotel in the morning. I didn’t have time that following morning to argue bc front desk didn’t seem to care and we had a cruise to get checked on to!!

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, it was very quiet for being so close to the highway and a Dave &busters. Great stay.

Linen was filthy. A bottle of water in my room half drank. Only access to one elevator. Bathroom was filthy hair and gross stuff in my sink. I don’t believe the sheets were changed I asked for new ones it took a day and they didn’t even give me anything but sheets. The smell in the entire place was like a sewage problem. Never again will I book here.
