InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL – Baymeadows

The staff were friendly and inviting. The elevator was broken and seeing as I was on crutches... Being on the second floor was an inconvenience. The manager apologized and offered to change my room as soon as a bottom floor room opened up though. Cleanliness could have been a lot better though.

You charge me $50 extra I don’t know why

The property was not clean and the doors let in air and their was also roaches The prosperity was dirty

I didn't like the roaches in my room i had to buy a can of raid to keep them at bay and the concrete that was stuck in my toilet and I didn't care for the night manager/security guard or whatever he suppose to be he's very rude he watches people like a hawk very uncomfortable

I had an issue that wasn't resolved professionally I shouldn't have to settle just because u moved rooms but the same problem with roaches and smoke smell false advertising in the app for this location ?

Ms angel she was amazing Being told ive been put on DNR list by management at another location and trying to be put out before the 7 days I paid for were up. I also booked a room thay didnt require a deposit and booking.com over booked the hotel so I had to find a way to come up with 50 more bucks that I dont have. Very frustrating and had me on edge whole time
