I had an issue that wasn't resolved professionally I shouldn't have to settle just because u moved rooms but the same problem with roaches and smoke smell false advertising in the app for this location

Ms angel she was amazing Being told ive been put on DNR list by management at another location and trying to be put out before the 7 days I paid for were up. I also booked a room thay didnt require a deposit and booking.com over booked the hotel so I had to find a way to come up with 50 more bucks that I dont have. Very frustrating and had me on edge whole time

The ladies in the office and the floating manager are great. Location is close to everything Rooms are dirty, roaches crawling

Nothing It had bed bugs. I check in on Friday and on Sunday my son woke up at 3 am with bed bugs on his bed. I paid for a week. When I went into the office to let them know them told me that they couldn't switch rooms that I had to check out. So when I ask about getting the rest of money back they said they can't give it to me

I rented a room for two weeks. About one week before my arrival, I went to the hotel office and informed them that I would not be checking in on April 30th, but instead would be arriving late on May 1st. I later realized that the reservation had mistakenly been made under my spouse’s name instead of mine. On May 1st, I called the hotel to ask about obtaining the room key because I would be arriving around midnight with my children. During that call, the employee informed me that I was banned from staying at any of their hotels and that my reservation had been canceled. No prior notice or explanation had ever been provided to me before that moment. This situation caused a major inconvenience and emotional distress for me and my children late at night, leaving us without accommodations. I believe I was treated unfairly and discriminatorily. I am currently considering legal action regarding what I believe was a discriminatory decision against me.

They are always quick to answer questions with genuine expertise, and their proactive approach to guest service really stands out. It’s rare to find a team that balances professional efficiency with such a welcoming and personable attitude. Highlights of the experience: Knowledgeable: The staff clearly knows the property and the surrounding area inside and out. Engaging: They take the time to actually connect with guests rather than just processing transactions. Friendly Atmosphere: There is a great energy in the front office that sets a positive tone for the entire stay. Thank you to the team for all the hard work and for making me feel so welcome!

Room smelled like cigarettes shower saw dirty water was stopped up and I saw a few bugs

The lady in the front office has been here a long time I didn't know that she was the property manager I found that out when I extended my visit and I was just like to say that she is very pleasant every time I see her she's very welcoming and helpful. She can relate to guests which is very important. And also I like that I booked the room a week ahead of time and ask for a ground floor room and I was given that with no arguments so I do like this room there are some rules but they're not super crazy and I can see why they may have been put in place. Also one very important the thing was that the lady that manages this property let us check the room before we even made a payment to make sure that we were happy with the room which I really like and appreciated The only thing that I would have liked is to have the option for amenities I'm so dry so it pay for clean towels things like that but it's okay

It ok it felt like a hotel in the hood I thought it was going to be better then that I was upset that I had to pay $100 dollars for that

Nothing Smells cigarettes every where

Rooms look nothing like in the pictures. Filled with mold. Couldn’t even stay. Had to cancel my stay as soon as I saw the rooms.
