Very poor

Pool had trees growing out of it...bathroom for lobby was outside and down a hall way. Had my boyfriend stand outside because of sketchy people walking around. Immediately told them I was not staying amd found different hotel. Pictures are not of hotel.

The location was convenient - close to the highway and some amenities. The room itself was functional and sort of clean. The staff at check in were helpful and friendly. It was fairly quiet. The pool is (and has been for a while) out of order. My kid and I were pretty disappointed. The exterior of the property needs significant upkeep. It looks pretty run down, dirty, and overgrown. The floor in my room was filthy. Sticky to the touch and leaving blackish residue on the bottoms of our feet and socks. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they gave excuses about the humidity and cleaner residue. I requested that they mop my room, but they never came (not even to empty the trash). I ended up mopping it myself. Probably the issue is dirt sticking to the cleaner residue because too much is being used or the water isn't being changed enough? Either way - unacceptably dirty, even for a budget hotel. There were other things like dirty handprints on light covers, doors, etc., that I ended up wiping down just to make things look a bit less depressing. The continental breakfast was very lean, so probably plan on eating elsewhere. There were signs telling you not to bring food up to your room. Maybe people stocking up on free food or cleaning staff not wanting to take care of food mess? It was off-putting. Lastly, the wifi was a bit dodgy, but likely because we were on the third floor. Not a deal breaker, but if you need it for work, request a lower floor or a room closer to the lobby area.

Room could have been cleaner. Our feet were dirty after walking in the room without footwear. Room was not well lit.

Dirty room

The pool is empty, so apparently they don’t use it. My bedspread smelled very strongly of curry. They made me pay a ridiculous fee of $25 to keep the same room for an additional 24 hours on top of the price of the room. Somebody tried getting into my room today without knocking they just use their whatever they use to get in and just open the door. We would appear when things break and they don’t want to bother fixing them. They just board it up like the ice machine across the hall from me on the first floor.

Bathroom without tubes, bathtub wasn't clean. To much light from outside, floor dirty. The room very old fashioned. Air conditioner was noisy. The outside area are depriment, the wall colors horrible. Very disappointed.

The Wi-Fi didn't work so I couldn't work they were supposed to refund me for a day they never did there was roaches everywhere Nothing

Pool is down. The property is unkept and dirty. Hot tub is non usable as well as the pool, hot tub has literal trash floating in it. Cigarette butt's every where. Trash piled up around outside cans. There are a few tables scattered around pool area with 1 umbrella but it's not up. Staff is unhelpful. You gt two towels and 2 wash clothes and they have NO EXTRAS. No coffee pot. No ice bucket. No do not disturb sign. When asked for these things was told they should be in your room. They were not. Floor was so nasty in the room it made our house shoes turn black!Refrigerator was also broken and they did not cool. I'm telling you stay away. Shady party crowds hang around too much! Shady area.

Location wasn't bad. The pictures did not line up with what was offered. Had a cocroach in the tub. Wall were dealing. Grounds were unkept. Very disappointing. Charged double. Pictures showed a full hot breakfast and continental breakfast. Very minimal vs what was expected by Pictures.

I paid for this room online when I got there.All I had was my photo.I d o my telephone, they refuse to accept this yet.I have been refused to refund.What in the hell is going on

The staff were great. Sadly though, the hotel is indicative of the surrounding vicinity
