Everything was wonderful breakfast was hot and the placement was amazing

House keeping used their key while I was in the shower prior to check out time and tried to come in my room without knocking. That’s not ok. The front desk staff said they would report it to house keeping but what good will that do me?

Breakfast is very basic generic not tasty at all. Lamp was rusted beyond repair in the room. Which was very hazardous for children. Somewhat noisy at times and very bright lighting outside. Property needs new remodeling in room aesthetics.

The complimentary breakfast was decent. The staff needs a little lesson on professionalism though. The lady at the front desk composing to us about stressed she was busy whenever we requested house keeping from the front desk. The housekeepers themselves were very rude and kept repeating “housekeeping busy” after overhearing our conversation. All in all, we did receive the service but the interaction was not pleasant at all.

Clean room and nice staff. And very economical. The carpet smelled a little.

It looks to be an older property. Could use a little sprucing up, but overall a good place to lay our heads. My main complaint is that they only service the rooms upon request. I wish they would at least leave fresh towels every day.

Great location and great hotel I mean they weren’t very cordial with my partner because she still had a Duval county license and I do not. They reiterated several times they mainly solely focus on people from out of town. (We live out of town and was visiting family at home)

Friendly staff, buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and our room was comfortable. Wish the pool was open beyond 7:00 pm. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

The refrigerated didn’t work. The closet door was halfway off. The bathroom tub was dirty and little bugs was on the floor underneath the sink. The carpet was smelling like mildew. The sofa had dirt stains on it.

quiet the breakfast, the eggs were awful

The room was clean, staff is wonderful. The breakfast is nice and simple. Cereal, eggs, meat options, bread, muffins, waffles! The parking is good. Plenty of parking when we have stayed.
