Since every other nearby hotel was fully booked and we had driven five hours for a wedding, we had no choice but to stay. We were so uncomfortable that we went to Walmart to buy our own bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels just to get through the night. This place urgently needs to be inspected and treated for mold, and honestly, it should be completely renovated. Everything from the doors and beds to the curtains needs replacement. The curtains even had rusty staples holding them together, and I nearly cut myself opening them. Why use staples instead of simply replacing the curtains?I was genuinely shocked that this place is still allowed to take guests’ money for a property in such terrible condition, potentially with bed bugs and visible mold on the ceilings. They even charged a $50 damage deposit, yet the room was already falling apart. We immediately reported all the damage upon check-in so we wouldn’t be blamed for it later. This hotel should not be open to guests in its current state.

Close to stadium and restaurants The staff was never at the desk and the rooms look horrible . The owner clearly does not care about their property. I booked a king and was given a double due to them over booking.

It was close to the stadium and restaurants The staff was never at the desk and the rooms were horrible and unacceptable. The rooms had paint all o er the floor and curtains. I booked a king size bed 9 months prior to arrival and was told they were over booked and I had to take a double bed room. I will not be staying here again and I do not recommend for anyone else to stay here.

The location As a group we had to change rooms a total of 5 times due to air conditioning issues, smell, bed bugs and just a numerous of things. I trusted the name Wyndham but I won't do that again .

Peagan was very nice and helpful The horrible smell. The toilet constantly runs as it is leaking at the base, making the bathroom floor slippery. Strong smell of urine. A lot of homeless people walking. The lounge occupants makes it difficult for guest to park near the hotel entrances. The patrons of the lounge are rude to hotel guest and won’t even move when driving to locate a park.

No good things No internet, staff behavior was very bad.

The room is very dirty, smoky. The air conditioner blows mold spores, it is impossible to breathe. The bathroom is not cleaned, there are fingerprints of previous visitors on the bed. This was the worst hotel in my life. When I register, I get the feeling that I'm being done a big favor.

It was a good location compared to the ball tournament where we had to be at early. The lobby is very pretty…..which is very deceiving. The elevator made ya think it was getting stuck with how long it took the doors to open. The hallways where rooms are at stink like dirty bathrooms and weed. The room itself smelled moldy and almost putrid when ya first walk in. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. The beds were definitely not comfortable. The AC read 60, but it was damp warmth in the room.
