Rooms were clean staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. But on another note we had to wait an hour to check in because the system was down. After the system came back up nobody informed the guest, we were all sitting around in the lobby frustrated.

I booked 2 rooms. Several days before my stay, I messaged the hotel and asked that the rooms be adjoining if possible but if not to be near each other or worst case at least on the same floor. I never heard back. The day of my trip I called the hotel and spent 45 minutes total between the hold time and speaking with a representative. She contacted the hotel and spoke to someone about my request and they advised no adjoining rooms were available but that they could get me in 2 close rooms on the 4th floor and I was advised that everything would be noted and be ready when I got there. When I arrived, I was advised they knew nothing about my request and said that only 1 of my rooms was ready (at check-in time) and that it would be 1-2 hours before my other room was available and they would have to see about getting it on the same floor. Very frustrating since I had messaged and spent 45 minutes of my time on a call to only be told none of it mattered. The gentleman checking me in didn't even apologize. Ended up we got another room on the same floor, but it was not close and was across the building. I've stayed at this hotel many times and really like it. It's always clean and has great amenities and this is the first time I've had problems with the actual customer service or booking.

Taking a shower in a very slippery tub. NO BACK Up Plan organization due to system being down. Finally after an hour wait went to a room that was occupied. Then going to another room s guest was assigned the same room and entered our room. Our stay was very bad and stressful and feel we should get a refund or adjustment as a Honors member.

Nice room, spacious.
-
Overall, a decent stay, but the amenities in my room were not too good. The water didn't get too hot, and when I arrived, my refrigerator was not working. However, it was fixed in a timely manner.

The breakfast was great, the staff friendly and helpful.

Clean room staff was cool!

There was no control over who entered the breakfast area. I saw people and families who didn't appear to be hotel guests waiting in line and eating breakfast. I also saw people dining without shirts, which is not the standard I expect from Embassy Suites. My room (515) also had a noticeable cigarette smell combined with a musty odor. I've always had great experiences with Embassy Suites, but this location was a real disappointment. I hope management addresses these issues.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The only drawback was that there isn’t 24 hour coffee in the lobby.
